Would love to come back again. Everything was great, from the receptionist who was very, extremely helpful towards my requests (her name was Winda), to the croissant for breakfast! I would recommend the suite as it gives the best value to your money.
Location is strategic too...overall, except the pillow (too soft for me), everything is great.
Beware before booking! They do not honour their refund policy!! After 8 months of emails they have since stopped replying and are ignoring any further attempts at contact. Quick to take the money but not willing to give it back.
We stayed for 4 nights at room 612, and it was pleasant at first. We got good price and the room is quite spacious. But then a house keeping suddenly opened our room without knocking (he closed it rightaway, but still it shocked us)...
Put a complain and the management was apologetic, said they will get back to us yesterday (monday) but we heard nothing ever since. The other thing that annoyed us was how stink the bathroom is, eventhough we've left message to maybe spray the bathroom with air refresher, nothing change.. Also there's a pile of sand near the entrance which was left there for at least 3 days until our check out day even after I asked the housekeeping to sweep it. It kinda become a game between me and my husband, to bet if the pile of sands still there when we're back.
This was the worst hotel in Bali so far. Staff was rude, we tried to call guest service and reception many times without answer. We had to ask iron board three times and wait three hours to get it...
This meant that we almost missed our Christmas dinner. Room wasn't clean. It was dirty, dusty and the floorboards nails were sticking out. Bed linen had stains. Drinking glasses were dirty, it had probably some one's toothpaste on it. Shower gel was allready half used. No hand towels. WiFi wasn't good. Breakfast was the only good thing here.
We spend our Christmas day here, and at 9 am in Christmas day morning they started construction work in the next room of ours! Unbelievable! Hotel is empty and you put someone next to construction, on Christmas!!
The hotel makes a worn out impression -standard rooms on second floor are dark and in not good condition. Rooms can't open window. Dont expect to find picture match reality...
Wifi in rooms not existing in other areas weak and patchy.I was one of a handful guest in the hotel and even with that the staff were unwilling to provide an upgrade. I understand the limited menue with not many guest to serve but that shouldn't limit the quality. The beef paddy was slim and before frozen that I can get better at mcd if I order in a restaurant I expect fresh meat paddies and products just not the same I could do at home. Overall I dont see value for money and at these times businesses just have towalk the extra mile not less- i dont feel that understanding by the managment.
