Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had an absolutely amazing time receiving excellent customer service from standout employees such as Aldi, Astini and Kiwi just to name a few. Would recommend peppers to anyone looking to stay in the Seminyak, Bali area.

The resort is beautiful - very well maintained and the villa’s are beautiful. The shared areas are great - the restaurant, pool, gym and sauna were all well utilised by my family. The staff were super friendly. I would highly recommend Peppers Seminyak.
Incredible stay at Peppers Seminyak. A luxurious haven. Modern and well maintained. Amazing staff, beautiful villa and grounds. We stayed for 7 nights as a family with 2 teenagers and loved every minute of our visit. Thank you for looking after us so well. We’ll be back next year.

The reviews are true that the villas are ageing and need a it of maintenance but the amenity, the service, the vibe and location are all excellent and on balance make up for it. Every issue we raised was sorted kindly and quickly. If some more maintenance was done, it would be perfect. I’ve given 5 stars purely for the staff. They are so great. It feels like a second home.
The property is large and the shuttle service is very helpful for getting you to a good point in town for whatever you want to do.
The pool at reception is lovely, restaurant is so relaxing. Happy hour is great by the pool with music and friendly chat.
My kids had the best time with their own room and pool in the villa. So much space for a family of 5.
The staff here make this place what it is, without them it would not have the same experience at all.
