The staff were absolutely amazing — so warm, friendly and welcoming. They struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us our own space. Each day they asked what time would suit us to have the villa cleaned, which was such a simple thing but made our stay feel really relaxed and private.
Breakfast was fantastic. There was fresh fruit and juice every morning, as well as a great range of proper breakfast meals to choose from. The villa itself was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable, and having our own private pool was wonderful.
The housekeeping team also left us the sweetest little notes and made a different animal out of towels each day, which we loved! I stayed over my birthday, and the staff made it feel really special — they sang happy birthday to me at breakfast and surprised me with a little cake.
We also had to leave incredibly early on our final morning (around 4:30am), and they prepared little breakfast boxes for us to take with us. It was such a thoughtful touch and really summed up how well we were looked after throughout our stay.
The location was excellent and we could easily walk into the heart of Seminyak. There is quite a bit of traffic noise, but given the central location that was pretty much to be expected and it wouldn't stop us from staying again.

My husband and I stayed at Royal Samaja Villas for 10 nights (13th–23rd September 2026), and we had an absolute blast!
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. They are incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to see you every day—their hospitality truly sets this place apart.
Our villa was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every single day. Having our own private pool was a major highlight—it’s a great size and perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring.
Breakfast here is truly incredible! There are plenty of delicious options on the menu, and I highly recommend the fruit bowls—they were fresh, vibrant, and the best way to start the morning.
The location is ideal if you want to be close to the action while still having a peaceful retreat. It’s super walkable to Seminyak’s fantastic bars, restaurants, and the beach. We had a couple of tiny minor hiccups during our stay—a broken bathroom blind and a safe that wasn't working. The staff tried to look into it for us, but even though it couldn't be resolved during our stay, it honestly didn't impact our experience or ruin our holiday in the slightest.
We loved our time here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very Friendly and welcoming staff. Great location not too busy but close to everything. Very clean rooms. Restaurant served lovely food and has an amazing atmosphere. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back.
Great staff, good in house food, great location and great service. Staff Santi and Adi were extremely helpful during my stay. Already my fifth or sixth time staying with this villa. Will return soon.
