I have stayed many times at the Haven As usual my experience was memorable.the staff so friendly and welcoming The cocktail party was very special and I was so honored to meet the behind the scenes staff and to be made feel so appreciated. The baby turtle release was very enjoyable and memorable Nothing is ever a problem and everything is always done with a smile. I cannot speak highly enough of my time and staff at the Haven and look forward to visiting again and seeing all my friends there in October . Christopher and family

Loved staying at The Haven. Room was spacious and beautifully designed. Everything you need is provided: hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, water and all kitchen utensils. Shower had great pressure and it was hot. The pool is large, not too deep and perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Room service was excellent and the chocolate lava cake is delicious! Breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. Loads of restaurants, convenient stores and clothing shops nearby - all within walkable distance. Easy to order a taxi. Definitely will return!
Incredible hotel
The Haven could not be more perfect name for this hotel! When inside all of the Bali hustle bustle just seems to disappear. We stayed in the suites that are absolutely huge two bedroom two bathroom living area and a huge balcony that wraps around the rooms. Felt very LUX! The staff are incredible and attentive a massive thank you to Desi at breakfast and Yasa around the pool such a pleasure to chat with you every day. The facilities, room service and location are elite, in walking distance to everything beach only 10 minutes away we could not fault our stay!
The haven was beautiful
The haven is an absolute must. The room beautiful, the meals delicious and the staff are wonderful and very helpful, I highly recommend the haven and would definitely stay here again.
