A hotel that exceeds your expectations
This is my second time staying at the Amari Hotel in two consecutive years, and I am always impressed by their excellent service. This time, I would like to express my special thanks to receptionist David for his warm welcome, attentive care, and outstanding service.
Wonderful stay at the Amari
We spent two nights here at the end of our trip before heading back to London, it’s a wonderful hotel. The staff here are exceptional, everybody went out of their way to help. We opted for a larger corner room with access to the Club Siraa lounge which was great. Personalised check in and great amenities all day long in the lounge including cocktails. Our room was huge with a separate seating area and wonderful views of Bangkok. Generally quiet although the double glazing didn’t quite work as there is a construction site next door. We still slept very well. Restaurants here are great and there are a lot of options. Breakfast was excellent. Pool area is decent and better than other hotels in the area. Location - it’s so central and you are a 6 minute walk from the Centralworld mall. As I mentioned all the staff here are amazing, we must give a particular mention to the lovely Amp who is a diamond! We miss you Amp and hopefully we will be back one day.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Amari Bangkok!
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of service. Every member of staff we came across — from reception and the cleaners to the bar staff — was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful.
The hotel really went above and beyond for us. They kindly gave us an extra hour for checkout, arranged the interconnecting rooms we had requested, and even offered us a birthday cake for my daughter, which was such a lovely touch.
It’s the little things like this that make such a difference, and the staff genuinely made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay.
After some disappointing experiences elsewhere on our holiday, the Amari Bangkok was a breath of fresh air. We honestly couldn’t fault the service.

BEst location and hotel
Having a great stay , my child love the bath tubs a lot. We enjoy the breakfast a lot , hope they can add in more thailand food in it.
