Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Was good Hotmail %100.
I recommend all to book on it.
It’s housed within a small mall so food options are modern (KFC, Krispy Kreme) There’s a 7-11 at Basement 1. Let’s Relax spa top level. Rooms are clean; water pressure good. It is a 1-min walk to Mrt station. 3 min walk to Chinatown food street which bustles with activity. Affordable foot massages nearby too and it’s 5-min to hipster SongWat alleys
It’s perfectly located from the Chinatown main road with loads of local shops and food places. We had a good sleep throughout our stay at ASAI. We spent total 9 nights here. We like our room, and the view from our room is pleasant enough. Last but not least, thanks to the reception lady, Pop, who has been really helpful in handling our requests and being responsive with our queries.
Very disappointed with our experience. We checked into the hotel and immediately noticed a strong unpleasant odor in the room. We brought it to staff’s attention right away and requested either a refund or a room that did not have the smell.
We were moved to another room, but unfortunately it smelled just as bad. It seemed as though the room had been heavily sprayed with air freshener before our arrival to mask the odor, as the spray was still wet on parts of the floor when we entered.
Despite reporting the issue immediately after check-in and being unable to comfortably stay in either room, the hotel refused to provide a refund. For the price paid, we expected a clean, fresh-smelling room and better customer service when concerns were raised.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not choose to stay here again.
After we told asked them for a refund and they kept the money they also offered us to eat dinner with them at a 20% discount and we quickly declined giving them any more money for any more horrible experiences. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY BEFORE CHECKING YOUR ROOM, they will not refund you . Waste of money but worth it to not stay here !
Great location (5 mins walk from a MRT), modern and clean rooms, friendly staff and great value. Breakfast was good, they make gluten free fried rice each day for my coeliac daughter.
