It was great stay at hotel. Staff is very nice here. Specifically thanks to Natty for your help.
Rembrandt residences is always a good place where to stay however needs a renewal in some parts. Good staff, Ms.Anis at reception is professional and cooperative and Ms. Kan is the better staff housekeeper . All good
I’ve had the privilege to live in Bangkok for one year. I needed to stay in a hotel for 2 nights before going home. Despite having an active manager at the front desk there was no verbal notice about on going renovations directly above my room. I just found a piece of paper on the desk. Honest communication would have been so much more appreciated I was offered a room move but room assignment should have been looked at when I checked in as they must have a maintenance schedule. The staff picking up the calls did their best to help and advised me the construction was only until 5pm, sadly it went on until 7pm. Disappointed!!!!
Perfect room and hotel… Thank you natty
Had a meal of fried rice with chicken (Kao Phad Chicken). The customer service received was excellent. Mr. Golf is very articulate on his work, with kindness and humility. He level of professionalism is remarkable.
