I would like to express my appreciation for Tong and the outstanding service he has provided during my stay.
I have chosen to stay at this hotel on several occasions, and I decided to return once again for a long-term stay because of the positive experiences I have always had here. During this visit, there were several new members of the reception team whom I had not met before, but Tong was the one who truly stood out.
From the beginning, he has been exceptionally helpful, professional, and attentive. Whenever I needed assistance, Tong was always willing to help, providing quick and effective solutions with a friendly and positive attitude. His dedication to guest satisfaction has made my extended stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
Tong’s professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for guests reflect the highest standards of hospitality. He is a valuable asset to the hotel, and I would like to recognize him for the excellent work he does every day.

An Exceptional 5-Night Stay - Superb Service and Perfect Location
I recently completed a five-night stay at Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, and the entire experience was absolutely superb from start to finish. Right from arrival, the hospitality was top-notch. I was incredibly grateful for a generous room upgrade and the flexibility of a late checkout, which made my departure completely stress-free. The room itself felt brand new, remarkably spacious, and spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the inclusion of high-quality air filters in the room, which provided great peace of mind and comfort. The daily breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a fantastic variety of delicious, high-quality options to start the day right. In terms of location, the hotel is perfectly situated. It is within easy walking distance to Central World and made commuting to every single one of my appointments around the city incredibly accessible. Food lovers will also appreciate how close it is to several incredible Michelin-star restaurants. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the remarkable staff. Everyone was attentive and accommodating, but I want to give a special mention to Mr. Naphat. He took phenomenal care of my luggage and various deliveries, truly going the extra mile to ensure everything was handled seamlessly. Sindhorn Midtown exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok!
Great choice for central Bangkok
We were very happy with our recent stay at Sidhorn. We got an upgraded room as Platinum Elite IHG members and while the room was on the small side and not up to standards of (say) the Intercontinental, the bed was comfortable, the shower hot, toiletries luxuriant, tv channels plentiful. Location was excellent, just a short walk from Erawan and major malls, the skytrain & Lumpini Park. Our kids loved the “emergency rations” of popsicles which they could order by using a special red telephone outside the main restaurant. Breakfast was the best we had in Thailand with many international as well as local options. In general the staff spoke English well and were able to help us when we needed it. There is a 7/11 right by the hotel which is handy for any little extras one might need. The infinity pool on the 18th floor was great & there was adequate and shaded chaise lounges. We also enjoyed the view from the 31st floor while we had the free and very powerful Thai rum drink in the late afternoon. I’ll stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok!

My Preferred Business Hotel in Bangkok
I travel to Thailand frequently for business, and Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok is always my preferred place to stay.
What impresses me most is the outstanding professionalism of the entire team. The Duty Managers respond promptly and provide practical solutions whenever assistance is needed, and every staff member, including the concierge team, delivers warm, courteous, and highly professional service.
The hotel also offers excellent convenience and facilities, including great dining options, stylish bars at the rooftop and lobby, a beautiful swimming pool with a panoramic view of Bangkok, and a well-equipped fitness center.
Another major advantage is its excellent location. The hotel is situated in the heart of Bangkok, close to key areas such as Siam, and it is conveniently located near a BTS station, making it very easy to travel anywhere in the city.
Overall, Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok offers a perfect balance of professionalism, comfort, convenience, and accessibility. I will definitely continue staying here whenever I visit Bangkok for business, and I highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.
