The hotel is situated on Hua Hin's beach front. The hotel is one of the rarest and finest examples of a golden teak, Thai-style bungalow house and was awarded the prestigious Historical Architectural Conservation Award in 2005 by the Association of Siamese Architects. The hotel has a total of 21 guest rooms and features a lobby with a 24-hour reception service and a safe. There is an on-site café and WLAN Internet access is available to guests for an additional fee. Room and laundry services are provided, as well as a parking. All guest rooms feature genuine wooden floors. The atmosphere is cosy, quiet and serene and the rooms are all en suite with bathtub and hairdryer. Each room includes a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and a minibar. Other amenities are coffee maker, safe and DVD player. Some rooms come with a private balcony.

My preferred Hotel in Hua Hin 🥰
Third time we stayed at Baan Bayan. What can i say, i just love the place, it has partly an old architecture style, both exterior and especially interior. Varm atmosphere and the garden surroundings together with pool area gives me a relaxing vibe. Well maintained. The staff is amazing, cannot say enough how much we appreciate them all. We miss you already.🥰The restaurant by the pool had in our opion very tasty food, plenty of choice, but that is of course a matter of taste. Additional, here the staff makes a good atmosphere with their personality.🥰 Location wise, there are enough options close by the hotel. A very big and good shopping Market just a couple minutes away, Village Market, or the smaller Tops one on the corner before entering Baan Bayan. I heard they are refurbishing some areas between May and September. 2026. That will be exciting to see next time we visit 2028. About the beach, which is very nice, sunbeds are free of charge for hotel guests. So, all in all, we love the place
Superb hotel that I would absolutely recommend
We had a very relaxed stay at Baan Bayan.the breakfast was delicious and with a good selection, the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is in a great location and right on the lovely beach.

A clean hotel on the beach in the heart of Hua Hin with easy walking to shops restaurants and local attractions
A very clean hotel in the heart of hua hin opposite the very popular shopping centre Market Village. The hotel is set back 200 metres from the main road and is on the beach. It also has a swimming pool. The staff are very polite and helpful. We had a buffet breakfast included in the price which had hot and cold food to suit all tastes. My omelet cooked fresh was first class. The hotel is easy walking to shops restaurants and attractions. Overall a great hotel and super value for money

Magical stay
What a place this is , oh my God ! Serene ❤️ the beach , location , rooms , pool and food . Everything is just perfect 😀 Staff behavior and vibe was top notch.
Great small and nice hotel
A very big thank you to the staff at Baan Bayan for a fantastic stay with you. I have stayed 28 nights and got to know the hotel well. I have been especially pleased with:
- The staff are really nice, kind and helpful.
- A fantastic breakfast buffet. Usually 2 to 3 homemade cakes. Three good Thai dishes, a small delicious salad and fruit buffet. Super good homemade muesli. Sometimes small extra delicious dishes There was also a regular European breakfast, which I did not eat.
- Fantastic view from the hotel over the sea.
- Very large room with a nice large balcony. Plenty of space. 55 square meters. I had room 205.
It is a really good small and quiet hotel with only 21 rooms which suits me as a person. This is my first stay at Baan Bayan and I will come again next summer.
