Clean and comfortable place to stay with kind staff
Spent 4 nights here and enjoyed it. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with what felt like a large number of staff for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the hotel runs a daily shuttle bus to central Hua Hin which we used one day. The swimming pool is a little narrow, but was good enough. The hotel is really well located for Cicada and Tamarind night markets.
What pleased me the most was the kindness of the staff. The day we checked out, they gave us an extra hour/late check-out and arranged for us to use the gym showers later in the day so we could carry on swimming until just before we were due to leave, yet still leave clean and dry. How many big, corporate, chain hotels would have done the same for a 4 night stay?

Very cosy hotel
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Stayed 5 nights. Family of 4. It’s a cosy, small hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere. The room and bathroom were both spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The swimming pool was great for relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and kind, from the reception team to the breakfast staff, and they always made us feel welcome.
The hotel is also just a short walk from the beach, which made it a perfect location. Also 7/11, massage places, 2 night markets in a close walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Two weeks in Hua hin
Fab hotel and staff, so welcoming and helpful. Great location near the beach and 5 mins walk from some brilliant markets. Always got space by the pool and it had sun most of the day. Tuk tuk anywhere only 150 baht ! .Thoroughly recommend

Lovely staff and great hotel.
Chose the hotel to be near our Thai family. Lovely hotel with great staff and good facilities. Small pool with sunbeds and a bar and, as in the entire hotel complex, lovely staff. Only complaint is that when we arrived we were told we would need to change our room to the part of the hotel with lift access or walk 5 flights of stairs. My husband is nearly 80 and walks with a stick, so we had mo choice but to pay the supplement required for the room change. This is not clear anywhere on the website. The room itself was lovely but it was an irritating start to our stay. Other than that, lovely staff and great hotel.

Fantastic
The location was good, street markets on Thursday to Sundays within walking distance, or if you wanted to go into central hua hin the hotel offered a free shuttle 4 or 5 times daily. Our room was spotless clean, and made up every day, value for money for sure, but the best thing and a big plus for us, were the staff, from check-in to checkout, always smiling, always helpful and always respectful and accommodating to the guests
