A beautiful hotel with wonderful sea views
I had five nights here with my young family staying in Deluxe Hillside View rooms. Not the cheapest option for Koh Samui but worth it. The hotel organised transportation from the airport that went smoothly, as did check-in. The rooms themselves were beautiful. They were very well equipped though my TV and Bath did not initially work, but staff managed to fix the issues. The balcony was very large and provided fantastic views over the Gulf and the local island. The three infinity pools were very large and great fun, though not deep so my girls could not jump in. The ‘beach’ is small with lots of rocks, but you are right next door to a lovely golden sandy beach so it matters little. Breakfast is a very large and tasty affair and the staff were extremely helpful. We ate at the Thai Barge and The Barge. The Thai Barge provided delicious Thai food that was beautifully presented and The Barge food was nice. We used the bars a lot during Happy Hour, which made everything very good value for money. One in our party used the Spa and did not stop raving about it. I spoke to the Travel Desk who were very honest in their recommendations on what to do and how to do it, which was appreciated. Everyone had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Where to start..? My wife Lynda and I just completed 8 days at Nora Buri Resort & Spa.
This resort is great. The pick up and drop off at the airport was flawless.
From Dear (who received us when we arrived and wished us well when we left), through Lek & Sky (the main drivers we used) who took great care of us getting around the resort, to Karl, Nam, Gam, Four, Regan & Pim to name only a few (the regular wait staff we mainly interacted with), the super duo of Lester and Aung who were exceptional, through to Lloyd the GM who ensured all the staff "did the very best they can" and was extremely pleasant and very friendly, the whole stay was a great pleasure.
Both pool areas were picturesque, well maintained and pleasurable to use. Pool bar staff were great. The ladies at the Spa Spa provide a wonderful service. Highly recommend their massages...we had several 😃👍
Just 1 little word of warning, the resort is set on the side of a hill. 2 halves separated by a busy road. You get from one side of the road to the other by an excellent drive/walk through tunnel, but realise the property is quite steep and there are multiple ramps and stairs to negotiate. The buggies can get you close to most places, but you will need to use ramps or stairs at some stage. But that didn't really detract from our stay at all.
All in all a great place to stay in Koh Samui.
Highly recommend Nora Buri
My partner and I had the best time at Nora Buri. The staff were welcoming, lovely and accomodating. The food, drinks and vibe were amazing. We chose the ocean view villa with pool and it was paradise. Highly recommend :)
Wonderful experience
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant manager is easily one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. The rest of the team is always smiling and exceptionally welcoming. The resort itself is stunning and very expansive, but there are plenty of golf carts available to take you anywhere on the property at any time. The two swimming pools are wonderful and both feature a pool bar, though it's honestly hard to spend time at the pool when the sea around Koh Samui is so breathtaking. The small beach directly accessible from the beach bar isn't the best, but you only need to head 5 minutes south to Chaweng to find a spectacular beach, making this resort's location a perfect base. The food is delicious, and the breakfast is very generous. As for the rooms, they are incredibly spacious (around 70 square meters) and equipped with absolutely every comfort you could need for the perfect holiday here in Koh Samui.
