They were late getting us into our room, I think the cleaners clearly don't do any dusting as the mirrors and wood work in the room was thick with dust . There was bird poo on the stairs where a bird is nesting, now I love wildlife being a farmers daughter from Cornwall UK but were normally let the birds nest in the barns not the hotels 🤣 Beds were big and nice and hard, What more could a girl want 🤗 They give you loads of shower gels and teeth kits and shampoo but no conditioner 🥺 plenty of water and free hot chocolate and coffee in the lobby. Location was a bit crap nothing much to do and the grabs were pretty unreliable. Had to travel to go anywhere but they did have a shuttle which took us to some places. The pool was reasonable. The safe didn't work and we never had anyone turn up to fix it . Didn't even get a goodbye and thanks for staying 😥🤣 Hope this helps , I thought it was expensive for what you got .
Wow, what a beautiful hotel - it was clean, ideal location away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough that it’s convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.
