Pullman Phuket Panwa

Exceptional service at Pullman Panwa I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Panwa Beach Resort. The location and facilities are excellent, but what truly made the experience special was the outstanding service from the team. A special thank you to Fon, Web, Qis, and Julian — each of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism stood out every day. The rest of the staff were equally fantastic, even though I didn’t catch all their names. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful resort with truly great people behind it.

hi we had stayed there for four days. arriving at the airport and someone there to meet us made the start of the four days already relaxing. staff incredible, food was so so good. and then there was "the all inclusive", well that's not quite what it says, even though it said complementary mini bar well no!! two cans two snacks a day. it was all there until i asked the question to confirm, they then took it all out of the mini bar. two cocktails a day but i don't drink so I ask for a soft drink instead, but i had to pay for them. the food as i said was so incredible but you have to pay extra if you want a different steak (and other dishes) that was not in your in cost on the menu. also with "the all inclusive" massages one a day for 60 min nope even that cost more. all in all great place to go i went there to see if it would be a great place as an all inclusive resort for my kids and grand kids to have a holiday there 17 of us. i am still thinking as the place is so so good but what they promised well they didn't deliver in the sell of "the all inclusive" all in all it cost us $600 a day to stay there, great location great resort great food great staff great room just not great truth with "the all inclusive" as that was a big big reason we went there
