Value for money 3 to 4 star resort
Overall a value for money place; we took 2 2-bedder suites, 2 normal rooms amongst us a big group of family and friends and had an overall comfortable stay. Our 2-bedder suites were very spacious; only downside was only the 2nd bedroom mattress and air conditioner were upgraded but not main bedroom, that mattress was hard. More maintenance could make place better; shower head in common bathroom bit wonky, tap position was crooked and very odd. Best thing about room were the pillows; better than 5 star hotels! Staff generally polite and friendly, Harry was a standout always ready to serve at pool bar, restaurant, O'rileys! Good value for money, you pay for what you get.

Good value yet not a 5 stars
Nice staff great vibes. Roof top pool was great breakfast a bit lacking healthy options. Rooms are good and beds are comfy. The beach is across a highway which is not so comfortable

A wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay, the reception staff were welcoming and helpful, particularly when we had trouble with our safe. The housekeeping team were excellent our room was always clean. The breakfast team were fantastic bringing our gluten free breads and crackers each morning after remembering our allergies from the first day. The standout staff member was Harry in the pool bar, who made delicious cocktails, lovely conversations and never stopped smiling. Over all a wonderful experience. My only feedback would be to improve the wifi, as it cut out constantly and need to be reset.
Great family hotel
Pool bar was absolutely great, Harry was brilliant great customer service and very accommodating and friendly. The girls at breakfast were brilliant thank you so much Ann, Siya and the others For your hospitality This hotel is very family friendly and the staff mentioned above made our stay superb, thank you all
