Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The hotel is not convenient for everyone. If you're a smoker, you have to go to the front of the hotel to smoke; you're not even allowed to smoke on the balcony or near the pool. If you're a smoker, you can't relax on your balcony.
There's no atmosphere and no music in the poolside area. The breakfast choices were poor, and the food was bland and tasteless with very small portions. They have limited options on the menu, making it not worth the time at all. If there are two people in the room, they only give you one key card, and if you want another one, you have to pay a 300 Thai baht deposit. There are too many rules. The water bottles in your room are completely glass; you're not allowed to take them outside, and if you break one, you have to pay for it.
On top of that, there's construction work happening at the property, so it can be very noisy with bamboo scaffolding at the front. The hotel pictures don't represent the rooms accurately. The rooms are tiny with no wardrobe, drawers, or bedside tables, just a rail. We struggled with space. The rooms are much smaller in person.
There's not much happening in the area; only on the weekend you have Naka Market, but apart from that, there's nothing much.
We believe this hotel is suitable for older couples or people looking to relax.
The hotel staff were very rude and the man at the check in counter was behaving hostile with me and my friend . He even threatened me to cancel my booking . And I told him if he refund me I will cancel .
Very very bad attitude and really let customer felt very bad and uncomfortable . He even challenged if I wanted to have his name or not ?
I will not stay at this hotel again . No point pay $ and received this kind of service
Terrible and horrible .
The service was ridiculous .
Thank you
Nice and well appointed hotel, large rooms and special Sino colonial design, Wonderful staff except for the woman who calls herself the Manager who is rude, arrogant and controlling or power crazy. If you can avoid her please be advised to.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. A bit far out from central Phuket. We booked the junior suite and it was lovely. Good price for the room. Would stay here again.
We only went for one night as we did a stay over in Phuket for the Naka Market.
The room was lovely but it’s no smoking throughout, you have to go to the car park which is a bit of a pain.
It didn’t feel as safe as our previous hotel and it also wasn’t to cleanest. There’s a balcony with a bath which was dirty and no outside seating
