The Beachfront Hotel Phuket

The worst experience ever in Thailand. Don't ever go to their restaurant unless you want extremely bad/slow service and waitresses who roll their eyes when u ask for an extra plate. The ice in glasses melted and fish got cold as we waited for an extra glass and plate. My brother is special with special needs and everywhere in Thailand in the last 15 years we have experienced such great hospitality except this place. We were even considering to stay here next time due to its great location by the beach but I'm glad I got to see the horrible face of their staff before I wasted any more money. Also they charged me for a coke we didn't drink or never even opened. With my brother we never know if he wants more or less so we always order more and return unopened water or coke with no problem ever in any country any place except this place. They were charging 3 times the price of regular coke. Charges of fancy places abd service of shityy kiosks. 7 11 right next will be a better choice instead of coming here. When I asked for manager the girl at the counter said not available l. When I told her to call him she just gave me his card because even she was least bothered to make an ounce of an effort to make a good impression or address my concerns. Terrible place terrible service. I paid 940 baht that I pay in holiday inn where I'm staying with incredible service. This 3 star place is charging 5 star rates and don't bother to train waitresses.

Let me say if you are looking for a nice sandy beach and an ocean to swim in Stop reading because despite the name there is no beach to talk of We had a pool access suite room 2109 which was in the shade all day (rooms opposite had the sun especially block C3) The pool itself was nice and clean although cold when entering it was ok when you got used to it there is also a small pool at the front by the restaurant with sun loungers. The room has everything you would expect along with a microwave and hob fridge freezer kettle in a small kitchenette Bathroom with toiletries lovely rainfall shower Bedroom has closets with safe torch umbrella hangers and dressing gowns a large bed a little on the firm side also has its own air conditioning unit Sitting area has more storage another fridge freezer sofa coffee table tv air conditioner unit All the staff are amazing They run a shuttle bus free to a beach 9am to 1-30 Outside turn left walk to traffic light cross over to a 7/11 store Turn right to the traffic lights cross over to a Big C convenience store walk a further 4/5 minutes come to a few local restaurants separated by some wasteland that is used by local market traders we ate in both restaurants each side of the market both were very good but preferred the one to the right of the market

Would not recommend this hotel. We are not people to nitpick the small things but it was most definitely not a 4 star rating. The pictures are very misleading and do not represent the reality. Location is not good as it is in the middle of a busy main road, with lots of traffic and is a 10 minute taxi ride away from Rawai Beach. It costs approximately 250 Thai Baht (£5) each way. The pool area is non existent and you have to walk through the car parking/loading bay to reach it. There’s no beach front, just some sand and a few small boats. Please listen to the reviews as they are accurate. We wish we would have. Very disappointing stay.
