Perfect hotel
Brilliant hotel, if 7 star was a thing this would be one. Everything about this hotel was excellent so it's hard to pick out individual elements. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, rooms were big and very comfortable and the food was excellent. We particularly liked the cocktail bar!
Great place to chill out
With the many visits we have had to Sofitel Krabi , we are always grateful to the Management Jonathan Wade and Christian of their pursuit of making every visitor feel welcome. We have been many times , but this time was able to learn Thai from Tawee and do Art lessons with Thalia. It is really worth the money to take island tours on the Hotel speed boats, as they are not crowded. I would like to thank Nit, Jinny, Ing, Pmeer on Maya restaurant, as well as Pure and Jaunita in the club lounge. Looking forward to another visit in 2024

This hotel is beautifully maintained, ideal from family vacation. Around 12 KM away from Ao nang beach, taxi is only mode of connectivity to krabi town or central tourist places. We availed App based taxi services which works well locally. There are multiple restaurants in hotel - Thai/India and Italian in addition to a club which serves high tea and evening services. All of them are very good, Italian one was simply outstanding. Rooms are very spacious ends with a lovely balcony, use of soft pastel shades throughout the resort, beautiful furniture in lobby area gives vibes typical French luxury.
I'll be back, for sure!
I saw a lot of reviews that mentioned that people had gone back to this hotel multiple times. My first time to Thailand and Krabi and this hotel won me over that i will also be one of those people that returns. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness by every member of staff. What i loved:
- Every member of staff
- The rooms are spacious and the Egyptian cotton sheets are pure luxury
- The pool area and coconuts at the swim-up bar
- No horrible brits putting a towel down at 7am :-)
- The beach is lush!
What i didn't love
- nothing.
Great Thai massage in Krabi Beach.
I would just like to say the service has been amazing throughout my honey moon. The massage therapist (Namfon) was exceptionally well trained and professional throughout the Thai message treatment, providing knowledge of history regarding Thai massage. I've never felt so relaxed and at peace. I would highly recommend coming here!
