The Nai Harn Phuket

We stayed here for ten days in November 2023. Set on an idyllic bay with soft sand and warm waters this small, but elegant hotel has everything you could need. The sea view rooms are spacious. light and well-appointed with all the amenities you could possibly require. The pool is small, but ideal for cooling off from the heat of the sun. Breakfast had all the selection you could ask for, from cereal to home-cured meats, from eggs benedict to biryani, from croissants to roti. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping cocktails in Reflections bar of an evening listening to the remarkable singer and enjoyed several meals in Cosmo restaurant. Outside the hotel there are a few local low-key restaurants and shops selling beers, cocktails, curries, seafood etc and more shops can be found just a 10 minute walk away around the lake.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Great staff. The pool area is really nice and you are served with various fruits for free several times a day. Towels and umbrellas are provided on the beach. Happy hour each day with a very good cocktail menu.

I could not recommend this place enough! You really do get what you pay for and this place certainly is top class. View The view from every point is phenomenal! We were staying on the 6th floor and stayed in the ocean view room and it was just amazing! The Reflections bar also had a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean and the nightly entertainment singer really made you feel chilled. Room service Room service was great, the staff were so polite and the daily cleaning staff did a great job, even sorting and folding our clothes! They even provide you a beach bag. umbrella and mosquito repellant which was definitely a godsend! Staff This is what made our stay the most enjoyable and memorable- Could not fault the friendliness of every staff member- even the men doing the gardening would always greet us every morning. The portermen always made sure the doors and elevators were open for us. The pool boys Art and Kit were always so helpful and playful with our son and the constant complimentary rounds of fruits offered by the pool were so refreshing and pleasant! The breakfast staff at the Cosmo restaurant made extra effort to remember us- we are a small family of three, our 10 month old was so loved and welcomed by them- Khun Pueng, Fon, May, Aoy, Santa, Aom and Fai always remembered our morning iced latte (sweet and very sweet!) and our usual seats! The dinner staff were just as lovely and always showed so much care towards our baby, when some nights he was being fussy they would come over and entertain him, thank you to Khun Poopae, Dia, Wit, Mook and Fatin for your amazing hospitality to our baby!

Food The food was to die for! We stayed for 10nights and probably had everything on the Thai menu and a handful from the Western menu- loved the fact they even had different menus! Even for breakfast, they have a cook there making you not only scrambled eggs or omelettes but even eggs benedicts! What impressed us most was the menu they had for our baby, they even offered to either blend the food or substitute certain foods to suit our son's needs. The Rock Salt restaurant was also lovely, even when it rained they had shelters and staff even offered the umbrella to take back to our room which helped alot! The professional chef Mark Jones did a brilliant job, we loved every single dish we had and he even came out to see guests and we managed to get a photo with him!

Beach The beach is so lovely and close- with a baby this was ideal and the staff- especially Champ helped to set up the mats, towels and umbrella for us and made sure there was enough shade for our baby boy. For our first long haul holiday, this place really made us feel relaxed and welcome, especially with a 10 month old. Although the resort is very quiet and more suitable for couples and elderly, they did accommodate us very well and I cannot rate them highly or thank them enough for all their help and service. We wanted to stay longer and would definitely come back again mainly because everyone was so lovely!
