Excellent customer service
Rooftop view has one of the best views of the Dragon Bridge especially if you wanted to witness the fire show. Excellent customer service. A special shout-out to Ms. Nga, who was incredibly attentive, warm, and accommodating throughout our dinner. The staff hospitality really made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. The reception is terrible, and cleaning is slow. You have to call multiple times to clean your room, and even then, it wasn't ready. The safety lockers were out of service, and there was no bidet in the bathroom. The only good thing about it is the restaurant during breakfast; it's decent, and the staff is helpful. I absolutely do not recommend it.
Not 5 but 6 stars hotel
My family and I stayed at this hotel for one week, and from the very first day we felt right at home.
A special thank you goes to Huy, who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. As we had just arrived in Vietnam and didn’t know anything about the area, he kindly offered to help me find suppliers for my business. He was extremely professional, kind, and always willing to help, doing everything he could to find exactly what I needed.
The rest of the staff were equally outstanding, from the porter who helped us with our luggage, to the reception team, and the restaurant staff. Everyone was always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, very well organised, and pays great attention to every detail. The breakfast is definitely one of its highlights—there is a wide variety of delicious options. The rooftop pool and bar are absolutely spectacular and make the stay even more enjoyable.
We also really appreciated the extensive food selection and the special attention given to families with children, which made our stay even more comfortable.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Vietnam!
