I want to share how amazing Tu Trainee was today. I took a Grab to the hotel and accidentally left my camera in the car. I was really panicking. I’m in Vietnam, I don’t speak Vietnamese, and I don’t have a local phone number. I had no clue how to reach the driver or get my camera back. I went to Tu for help.
Tu jumped right in to help me. She kept me calm while I was stressed. Tu talked to the Grab driver for me, checked all the details, and figured out exactly how I could get my camera returned.
I got my camera back safely all thanks to Tu Trainee. She was so helpful and caring the whole time. It meant so much to have someone step up like this when I was stuck in a tricky situation abroad. Tu Trainee did such a great job, and I’m really grateful for everything she did.

The staff at Four Points were very welcoming and helpful for our whole stay. I also had the floor manager at breakfast “Nguyen” look after us so well making sure there was lactose free milk for me and making my lattes everyday. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality and “Duyen “ for checking on us. I would stay here again, and location is right across from the beach and walking distance to mini marts and restaurants.
Tram at reception were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The service was excellent, made me feel very welcome.
