KI am an ALL Platinum and ALL Accor+ Explorer member, and unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with an Accor hotel.

During my stay, I experienced significant noise disturbances, including noise from nearby guests, as well as very poor internet connectivity, which made it extremely difficult for me to work and rest properly.

I complained to the hotel team more than once during the stay, but unfortunately the situation was not effectively resolved.

What made the experience even more frustrating was what happened afterwards. I contacted the hotel and ALL Accor+ Member Care several times trying to reach a fair solution. I received multiple apologies, but no meaningful resolution.

Eventually, I was informed that the hotel had reviewed its own complaint, decided that no compensation or reimbursement of the Reward Points used for the stay was applicable, and considered the case closed.

I personally do not consider the matter properly resolved.

For a guest who has remained loyal to Accor and holds both Platinum status and an Accor+ Explorer membership, I expected much better service, communication and complaint handling.

The biggest disappointment was not only the problems during the stay, but the feeling that after repeatedly reporting them, nobody took real responsibility for finding a solution.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I sincerely hope management reviews how guest complaints are handled, especially when issues are reported during the stay and the guest gives the hotel an opportunity to correct them.
