I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Pullman Beach Resort (especially Mr. Chau and Mrs. Hang) for going above and beyond to make my mum and dad’s wedding anniversary so incredibly special.
The night before their wedding anniversary (in the middle of their stay), I called the resort with a request to arrange a surprise anniversary gift and to make their room feel extra special. From the moment I made the call, the staff were so warm, accommodating and genuinely helpful. They listened carefully to every little request I had and went out of their way to make sure everything was arranged beautifully.
I was especially touched by how timely, efficient and thoughtful the team was in preparing my mum and dad’s room. Everything was set up so beautifully, and it was clear that the staff put genuine care and effort into creating a memorable surprise for them.
What could have simply been a request became such a meaningful experience for my family. Seeing my mum and dad’s happiness made it all worthwhile, and I am truly grateful to the Pullman team for helping me create such a beautiful anniversary memory for them.
Thank you to everyone involved for your kindness, professionalism and attention to detail. Your willingness to accommodate my every request and make the occasion special did not go unnoticed.

Rooms where great. Good size superior room with a balcony.
Pool was a little small, but of course they are on the beach. 2 Very large water features which really served no purpose, but were nice visually.
Limited lunch / diner dining menu's in the restaurant. Breakfast was ok. A lot of additional / sides for everything, but could have been better in a lot of areas. Chivers Regal whisky cocktail on the breakfast buffet was somewhat of a surprise.
Pool bar was very small in size and just did not fit the standard / profile of the rest of the hotel. It also seemed that the staff had to run up to the main hotel too often, so some wait times there.
Staff were good, but the english language barrier seemed to be an issue at times. A lot running from staff to staff for help.
Overall a bit of a mix, but would be happy to stay again.
The facilities are very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the beach and pool very much. The staff are extremely kind and friendly. Special thanks to Thao and Thuy at the Kids Club who showed our daughter a great time.
