A MEMORABLE WEDDING AT SHILLA MONOGRAM DANANG
As a wedding planner of Huyen & Will couple at Shilla Monogram Da Nang on 8th Aug 2026, i am totally impressed with all the services and kindness that came from all the staff that supported me during the event. First of all, i want to send a big thank to Luc from sales, who was always dedicated and supportive, Luc was always there whenever i needed help. Secondly is Mr. Vi - Banquet Manager and his team, they are definitely the great team and very professional. Last but not least, shout out to Ms. Lam Vi from sales team for supporting me and helped me a lot on the morning of that day and Mr. Tan Linh who assisted and in charge of the projector screening during the event. I am writing this on a behalf of our couple as they quite busy at the moment, hence, while waiting for their feedback. I just want to say thank you for all and I look forward to having more weddings with our lovely couples at Shilla Monogram Da Nang in the nearest future!

It was a wonderful experience. Everything was well prepared from the moment we arrived. The food at Dining M was delicious, and the staff were excellent. Ms. Diep took very good care of our table during dinner. Ms. Giao, the Restaurant Manager, introduced us to the resortβs facilities and buffet programs, giving us more options to enjoy during our stay. And donβt forget to take a photo with the big bear near the lobby check-in area! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and memorable experience!

Shilla Monogram is a wonderful choice for a family trip. We were kindly assisted with an early check-in and had the opportunity to join a cooking class where we learned how to make BÑnh Xèo (Vietnamese crispy pancakes) and fresh spring rolls. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially at the breakfast restaurant, where Ms. Giao and Ms. Yen took great care of us. You can also enjoy the sauna facilities during your stay. The resort has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Shilla Monogram to our friends!
Best service with birthday cake
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shilla Monogram Danang, and I have to say that the experience was truly wonderful from the moment we entered the lounge. We were immediately impressed by the warm atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, attentive service, and especially the quality of the food.
The lounge was such a lovely place to relax and enjoy some delicious food and drinks. Everything was presented beautifully, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and carefully prepared. You could really feel the attention to detail and the high level of hospitality throughout the experience.
What made our visit even more special was the incredible service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional, but I would especially like to say a big thank you to Ms. Nhung and Tien. They were so kind and attentive, and they made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
It was also such a lovely surprise when the team congratulated me on my birthday. π The thoughtful gesture made the occasion even more memorable and made us feel like truly valued guests. These small but meaningful details are what make a hotel experience stand out.
We really enjoyed our time at Shilla Monogram and were very impressed by the combination of excellent food, beautiful surroundings, and genuinely warm hospitality. It is clear that the staff put a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable and special.
Thank you again to Ms. Nhung, Tien, and the whole Shilla Monogram team for making our visit such a memorable one. We truly appreciated your kindness and wonderful service. We will definitely remember this experience and hope to come back again soon!
