The service is excellent, pool has good view and drink. Staff is helpful, and friendly, special Kate and Rinka at reception. I will comeback.
Highly recommend
Hong Van was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with the reservation. The hotel is nice and in a convenient location, close to the city center and very close to the beach.

It was a perfect vacation for my family.
The location was so accessible to every everything. The staff are so kind and pleasant. Special mention to the staff named SUSIE, she was so efficient. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciate the housekeeping who always clean our room specially the bathroom. The area was relaxing, the lobby and the hallway is quiet. Elevator is always available. The food in the dining area was so delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends because the area is so accessible and most important the staff are friendly. It’s I easy to call a gran if we want to go somewhere and even when we’re walking the area was safe. We have 3 beds for a family of 4, it was always comfortable for us to rest after a whole day tour. We’re at Sunny Ocean Hotel and Spa between July 30- August 2.
Major disappointment
Looks absolutely nothing like the photos. This is NOT a 4 star hotel by any stretch. I cannot believe I paid over $80 USD per night for a hotel room without windows. The entire hotel facility is disgusting and the staff are not helpful. I’ve stayed in way nicer hotels for this price in Vietnam, do not stay here.
