Nice rooms, cleaned every day, very good food, even better service, nice children's club
Very good breakfast with an extensive buffet. Possibility to order additional dishes, fresh coffee and juices, lots of fruit and a delicious sweet buffet
10 minutes walk to a very nice beach with sun loungers and a restaurant with very good local food
Relaxing welcoming staff
From the moment of arrival we we treated as if we were family lovely staff and facilities together with a free shuttle bus into town this hotel is great especially Thuy in the restaurant who went over and above every time we ate there James the manager continually made contact to see if we had any issues and that our stay was pleasant.Relaxed location out of the city with new modern facilities many thanks
Stunning new hotel, friendly staff, perfect stay!
A stunning brand new hotel, away from the hustle of the town. Only a 10 min drive away from old town. We used grabs the whole time and had a great experience. The staff are so lovely, James the manager went out of his way to introduce himself and always check on us. All staff are super friendly. Hotel is impeccably clean. The pool is perfect. We also utilized the spa twice for a massage and was probably one of the best massage we have had. Breakfast has so many options no matter what your dietary requirement. Little store close by for water or snacks as well and beach across the road. We definitely recommend the Bellerive Hoi An.
Fabulous hotel
This hotel surpassed all our expectations. It is a beautiful hotel with the friendliest of staff who are also very efficient! Thuy in the restaurant is excellent!!! Nothing was too much trouble for her and always had a big smile on her face. Tuan on reception helped book the Hanoi Memories Show and we got excellent VIP seats. It is well worth going to. We also booked Mr. Tai's coconut tour. Brilliant. Included a cooking lesson. The young lady who checked us in and out was excellent also Food is excellent. The pool is a good size, very quiet whilst we were there. My personal favourite thing was being able to feed the Koi Carp which swim near the restaurant.
Amazing customer service from a lovely hotel with a top team of staff.
Well what can I say. This hotel is made so special by the people who work there. From the guys who greet you when you arrive, the teams on the front desk and the wait staff to the team in the spa. They are all so welcoming and make you feel really special. I had an allergic reaction when I was there, not related to the hotel, but within minutes of me asking the desk if they could recommend a local doctor the hotel manager James had made me an appointment and organised a car to take me to the local hospital where they were waiting for me I was so grateful to him for the care he and the hotel team showed me and all the team asked me how I was over the next 2 days and James came to check on me at breakfast the next day. The spa team also delayed my appointment for a foot massage for when I got back from the hospital and it was a lovely and much needed hour of relaxation. The room was great and the housekeeping team were lovely. The breakfast buffet was fab and the pool was a lovely place to spend the afternoon once the shade crept round. It was really hot when we were there. Outside the hotel it was very safe to walk around and to the beach and there are quite a few bars/restaurants nearby. It's about 10-15 mins taxi ride into the old town with the hotel having a free shuttle that operates at set times but taxis were easy to get and cheap to get if you wanted to be on your own schedule. It was nice being a little bit out of town as it was quiet around the hotel. Haven't got any negatives Would stay there again if I passed that way and would definitely recommend it, as a lovely hotel for downtime when you are on a tour. 5 stars all round.
