We had high expectations from this hotel, but they were just not met. The hotel is located on a busy road next to the sea with a fantastic, good size swimming pool. But, this was the first hotel on our trip where we did not feel very welcome. The room we booked was supposed to be 'superior' but I would rather classify it as a standard room in a 3 star hotel. Nothing more. The breakfast can be taken inside or outside but does not offer the same variety as we had in other hotels on our trip. During the breakfast hours, staff started cutting branches from a tree with a chain saw. Customer focus is certainly not the priority of the manager.
Best Choice for Hoi An
Stayed here for 4 nights at the start of Nov. Staff were lovely. It was a great place to rest and relax. Wonderful pool. Yummy breakfasts.
The hotel has a shuttle bus which will take you to Hoi An town, as well as pick you up at set times.
So glad we stayed here and not closer to the town which was flooded with tourists.
A beautiful resort so close to the beach
We enjoyed a relaxing few days at the beautiful Boutique Hoi An Resort, soaking up the sun at the pool and on the beach, spending time in Hoi An town, courtesy of your very efficient bus service. Our room was so comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice available. Thank you for recommendations for restaurants in Hoi An and to the gentleman on reception who booked one for us on our last night (Mango Mango). There is also a wonderful family restaurant across the road from the hotel that we would highly recommend.
Fabulous pool and beach side location
Spacious well equipped rooms. Fabulous large pool and great beach side location. Good food for breakfast and ate once in the evening. Everyone was really friendly. The only negative thing I would say is that the cleaning wasn’t quite up to standard but otherwise generally good.
Feeling cosy
This was my first stay with my family n friends.Hotel look very cosy when we enter. Manager Sen n Thua was very polite ,room is clean n bed is comfortable. From service to foods v give 5 stars. WILL RECCOMEND TO MY FRIENDS ASS WELL.Hopefully will come back soon
