Exceptional hotel
This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in in Vietnam. The hotel is beautiful with great facilities and the room was so comfortable. The staff were so attentive and helpful. There’s also a shuttle bus into Hoi An / to the beach regularly throughout the day. I had a lovely massage too at the spa. Would highly recommend if you’re in Vietnam and we will be returning! Nice calm hotel outside of town
Nice hotel, nice staff, very calm down atmosphere in the outskirts of the main city, bikes can be taken for free, only 20min ride to city center and ancient town. Pool is clean, but mainly low (good for kids, but bad for swimming). Rooms with nice balconies available
Absolutely fantastic!
Absolutely best place to stay we’ve ever been ❤️🔥 We spent here our honeymoon, and all was perfect: Unbelievable view Clean room with everyday cleaning, free water Delicious breakfasts Discounts on cocktails near fantastic pool SPA - best in my life, I’m 1 minute from room, and you come there through beautiful palm trees 🌴 Staff became our friends! Whatever we asked and wanted, they did everything for us with such care 💚

Relaxing 10 days
Just spent 10 enjoyable nights at Eco Lodge Hoi An. Of course things need to be balanced against cost and Eco Lodge was great value especially when compared to the larger brand hotels.
We stayed in a club suite room that faced the pool in the club area. The room was a good size and well equipped with a large marble bathroom and massive outdoor tub and additional shower.
The seperate club area has its own pool which was never crowded which really added to that special club feel and included afternoon tea each day served in our room.
The staff everywhere were exceptional with a special thanks to Duyen and her team.
The shuttle to both A Bang Beach and Hoi A was a real bonus, and we made great use of it.

Outstanding Service
I would like to thank you to Ms NGUYET for being such a sweet lady . She helped my nanny with the bags and 2 kids when i wasn't around .. and she changed my kids bed sheet after my daughter vomit in bed .. 💚 the facility and the warm attitude of the staff in this hotel is outstanding , i love my breakfast few .. by the pond .. my kids can feed the fish and the food is amaaziinggg ..
