OLD HOTEL OUTSIDE THE TOWN
old hotel about 2-3 kms from the town center, it is ok for one or two nights stay, however nothing special, small dining room that gets very crowded for breakfast with not much space around the buffet counter.
BEST EXPERIENCE IN VIETNAM🇻🇳
This was so far our best hotel in the whole of Vietnam. Its not just the luxury property that makes you stay memorable , its also the people who take care of you during your stay. We have stayed in so many hotels across the globe but the hospitality here is unmatchable . Special shoutout to Ms.Phuong(Manager) like is she even real. From the time we checked-in till the time we boarded our flight back she was just a text away at every moment(Even on her off day). From recommending us the best shows in hoi an to booking our coconut boat ride to making sure we reach at all the planned events on time to get our breakfast packed at 4am to making us feel like we are at home & we know her since ages . I can just go on & on. The property is beautiful , rooms are clean and have a blue white theme which is so fresh and cool at the same time , staffs are amazing at what they do and always carrying a big smile . To anyone reading this just book this property without a second thought (Trust me I am too choosy myself) but if I could I would give my entire experience in this property a 100⭐️ rating.
Huge rooms, beautiful building, a few niggles
Wet stayed here for 2 nights on an organised tour through Vietnam.
The room we had was huge, although the air con struggled at first and the shower had terrible water pressure.
Lost count of the times I banged my head on the glass wall at the end of the toilet.
Breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful.
A short taxi ride to the old town, no nearby resteraunts open on Sunday.
LOVED IT
Great hospitality, lovely staff & very beautiful stay. Lot of greens around. They gave us watermelon juice as welcome drink which was very refreshing. Thankyou for giving us a free upgrade. Phuong made us feel at home. ❤️
Romantic style and family friendly
I loved this hotel. Our family of four stayed for four nights. The best way to describe it is romantic. The rooms are lovely. The kids enjoyed having their own beds. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully kept and it's was nice to have space to be outside and relaxing. The pool area is gorgeous with plenty of loungers and clean towels. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with something to keep everyone happy. There are free bikes you can use (a few have padded seats on the back for doubling). We rode to the beach a couple of days. The hotel is a bit away from from the old town. About 30-40 mins slow walk. Or 40000 dong in a cab on the meter. The hotel staff will call one for you.
The staff are perhaps the most wonderful thing about this hotel. Greeted with a welcome drink and then so friendly and helpful during the entire stay, right up until they walked us to our car and waved us goodbye.
