Anniversary Trip
This review could have been so much better with more attention to detail. The room was large with nice balcony and the pool was also large. The hotel is let down by a lot of minor things. Pool could do with a clean as there is visible green algae on tiles. Saw gardener maintaining garden well and even clearing moss off some stones. Would have served better to get a brush on the pool tiles. There is a games room with pool table but missing black ball and white ball chipped and battered which just indicates a lack of attention. Initially given wrong room but they moved us quickly. No maintenance of toiletries as we had to ask for them to be topped up after first day (were not full on arrival). Free shuttles to town centre but large gaps in timings so best arrange your own taxi. About 45 mins walk into town if you feel up to it. A bit more attention and this could be a really great hotel
Paradise
Lovely staff,great breakfast buffet, big clean rooms in tropical garden. Great swimmingpool.about 10 minutes weet with bike to Old town and also free shuttle bus to toen and beach.so close to everything but in the resort just silence.
Mid Vietnam, a different country to Hanoi?
My wife and spent 3 days in Hoi An at Trails resort in Feb, 2020. The room we were given was terrific, at the back of the resort, on the first floor, so we could hear the local (2 ) cock-rills practising at 5.00 am, who needs an alarm? Great to hear. The room was huge, 1.5 levels, with bed on the top floor and a living/lounger area balcony on the lower floor The breakfast buffet was a full on eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, tea, coffee, everything you would want to have to have a good start. Massage services got a work out, which all came back with great tributes. We had dinner with our group on two occasions, on both occasions those that ventured into the Vietnamese menu had a very tasty dinner, which looked and smelt lovely and got plenty of thumbs up.
Excellent location, the best staff
I have stayed here multiple times with my Finnish groups during the winter seasons. It was always a big pleasure to return, as it's a cozy small hotel,beautifully maintained and the staff really welcoming. Location is perfect next to the river, surrounded with rice fields, and easy access to the beach / old town by walk, bicycle or the shuttle bus. Excellent stay! Hope to return here once again, with my family this time though :)
Anmira Resort & Spa Hoi An - Exceptional Service & Great Value
The Hotel was previously known as Hoi An Trails which we have enjoyed staying at on 3 previous occasions. The old hotel has undergone extensive upgrades over the past year and is now known as the ANMIRA Resort & Spa. I was fortunate to be one of the first guests staying at the recently re-opened upgraded hotel.
If it were possible to give a 6 Star rating I would gladly do so.
The level of service is off a very high standard and quality, (a matter hotels in other countries would do well to learn from). Very high praise for the Front Office Manager Ms Dang Hanh Linh and her team, they were great, and Mr Minh the Food and Beverage manager and his team as they ensured the selection of food and its quality was at all times very good. Can recommend the local Hoi An dish, Cao Lau for breakfast, so delicious.
All the staff have a "can-do" attitude to ensure your stay at the ANMIRA is a memorable one.
Certainly recommend you have the Head and Foot Massage, which is carried out by a highly trained and skilled Masseuse.
The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The type and style of food available from the restaurant is very good.
The hotel as part of its service provides a Shuttle service into the Old Town of Hoi An and from Da Nang Airport.
Staying at the Hotel is by every measure recommended for anyone wanting to holiday in Hoi An, for quality of service for all the management and staff, good food, spacious and comfortable rooms and overall very good value for money and importantly relax.
