Best Resort in Hoi An
We had a wonderful stay at the Koi Resort and Spa. Everything about our stay was relaxing and comfortable from being picked up and dropped off at the airport by the lovely Trung who showed us the local area on the way to the resort. The rooms were extra comfortable and quiet which was nice. The highlight for me though was the Spa, Linda organised a whole treatment for me and honestly have to say it was the best I’ve had in Vietnam. Would for sure recommend the Koi resort.
Fabulous hotel
Stayed here for 5 nights and all I can say is wow, the room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The grounds were so well maintained, the pool area just beautiful. Food was delicious, will definitely stay again, well done to Koi and all your staff from Stephanie and Michelle
One of the best hotel with warmest staff
Without any doubt, the best hotel we stayed at during our 10 days vietnam trip..the staff, location, service quality, rooms, activities sets this property unbeatable..check in was super quick...rooms were beautifully set up..there are various complimentary activities such as kayaking, cycling etc..they also provide shuttle 4 times a day to the town...breakfast was amazing with even veg options..and the staff was also ready to make any specific item...its 5 km from the town but one can easily reach the town by shuttle or cycle or grab..
Best holiday we've had.
The hotel was fabulous, we had a fantastic stay. we were there for 26 nights, we'd like to thank Anna, Robert and staff, all the staff couldn't do enough for us. especially Anna for all of her help she gave us, she made us feel so welcomed and safe. we were so impressed we've booked again to stay in April for 26 nights. I know it is a terrific place to stay.
A beautiful and sprawling Resort
A beautiful and sprawling resort tucked in by the River and very close to Sea Beach. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with modern amenities. Though a bit small but rooms are nice having balcony and good view. There are row of room overlooking lagoon which gives a very warm feel.
2xPools, Spa, small Gym, complimentary cycles, 2x Resturants, and ample space to chill around. Option of kayaking in Resorts lagoon is also there. The breakfast spread was decent and meets the requirements. Tea and coffee standards needs improvement though.
Friendly, warm and helpful staff. Overall it was a great experience in this superb resort. Will definitely wanna come back for a 2nd stay.
