Beautiful hotel
Stayed here on my trip to Hoi An.
This hotel gives a great flavour for Vietnamese interior and decor.
Love the lights in the main foyer.
Hoi An night markets are only 2kms away.
Nice spacious room and breakfast has a lot of variety.
Hotel gives free bicycle to go around Hoi An.
Overall a great experience.
An amazing Vegetarian buffet
A tasty vegetarian buffet. The food is really delicious. Many choices. Nice music and buffet decoration. Food and Beverage Manager - she is very attentive and friendly. I will make it a point to come back and definitely highly recommend it!
Terrible experience
When we turned up we thought it was very unusual to see a long list of charges in the room for the value of every item! Some blood on a sheet resulted in me being publicly humiliated at reception when I was shown photographs and was treated as if I’d maliciously damaged their property. I was quickly given an expensive bill to replace the items. I refused and asked for the sheet to be given back to me as I would clean it. They refused.
I couldn’t wait to leave this hotel as the atmosphere wasn’t friendly.
Family stay
We had a wonderful family stay in Le Pavillon in Hoi An. We are a family of 6 with 4 children under 16yrs. We stayed for 8 nights. The hotel was beautiful in decor, very clean and had a wonderful outdoor swimming pool in a very picturesque setting. The hotel was quiet which was perfect for us after some city hopping. The beds and pillows in out rooms were very comfortable and perfect air-conditioning for very hot weather. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and the staff like in all the areas of the hotel were so warm, helpful and friendly. We felt totally safe having our 4 children wander around the facilities themselves. The location is very close to a wonderful beach which the hotel provided a shuttle to and from each day and the hotel was very central to the old town. A quick non expensive taxi ordered by hotel got us there each evening in 10 mins. We highly recommend staying there.

Great service, wonderful location. Rooms are great quality, large, fantastic beds.
Staff are so helpful, English speakers, who can’t do enough for you.
The restaurant food is excellent quality. The hotel also has a nice pool. The hotel had a spa also.
