Delightful stay!
Stayed 2 nights at Little Oasis and it was a pleasant stay throughout. Room was clean and the hotel staffs were always very helpful with a smile on their faces. Elena and bellboy Eric provided us with warm hospitality since we checked in :) they even surprised us with a cute room decor as my partner mentioned it was our anniversary! Would stay again!
P.S. one minor downside is that the water temperature in the shower can’t seem to be consistently warm, either too hot / cold but my partner and I beared with the cold water.

It’s was a pleasant stay, very nice place! Lucy is the best as well as Steven. Such friendly people and very helpful. We had such a great time there, very relaxing, the rooms are very clean and decorated. Also, The breakfast has so many options! highly recommended!
BEST HOTEL AND STAFF IN HOI AN!
This hotel is SO GOOD! I don’t know where to start. The staff are so friendly and ever helpful, and service is amazing. I loved the little perks like the discount on items, tailoring and free shuttle to the old quarter and back (every hour!). Everything was clean, which is good because I am an OCD clean freak!! we also used the spa facilities and got a massage, which was lovely and again the masseuses were kind and extremely sweet. Breakfast had a range of options for all dietary requirements and if you let them know ahead of time, they try their best to meet your needs. The fresh banh mi station was a nice touch too. Every single hotel staff member greets you whenever you come across them, which I have never had before. The receptionist took the time to show us to our room and around the hotel, adding to the generosity and hospitality. Special thanks to Rose and Elena who made our stay incredible!! And finally, there are two pools which were very clean and easy to access - one being a rooftop. I loved every minute of my trip here and would recommend this hotel to anyone as the best place to stay in Hoi An! You will not regret!

The customer service was very good. Adequate facilities such as the swimming pool and gymnasium. Clean and vibrant environment. Very cosy feeling with great open air feeling. Overall extremely pleasant stay here.
Good stay overall
Good service rose and cloe are helpful. Room and dining area are clean and new. Theres a bus to get us from the hotel to old town. Staff also has a lot of recommendation on what to do in hoi an. The are is in a quiet part of town
