Silkotel Hospitality is beyond Expectations
Despite the hotel's strategic location and great surrounding environment. I must say the hotel staff's treatment of tourists is beyond expectations. I ordered Champagne to celebrate my anniversary and it was delivered with the rose and a note. This made me speechless about their treatment. Hence, I want this opportunity to thank Silkotel management especially one of your staff Ms.Phung and his colleague, you made my anniversary special. Silkotel certainly will be my first choice on my next visit to Hoi An.
Close to Old Town
This hotel is easy walking distance to Old Town where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clean and the bed was fine- not the comfiest but not the worst. Breakfast was good but can get very crowded as big tour groups seem to stay here.
Staff were very friendly and luckily they offer umbrellas to guests as it rained while we were there and some roads were flooded in Old Town.
Would recommend.
Excellent Hotel in Hoi An
The whole experience was from our arrival to our departure was a great one. The staff was wonderful ! They made sure our stay was a comfortable one ! The rooms were spacious and room service were excellent. beds & pillows were so comfortable ! We stayed five nights here ! I would recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who would like to have a great time in Hoi An!
Amazing place to stay!
We were in the hotel for 5 nights. Everything perfect. I would say the friendly atmosphere of the hotel makes us so homely. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hoi An . Thank you Thao and the staff
Fantastic
Good location and friendly staff welcoming you any time of the day. Breakfast is a feast .Rooms are great . Nearby services and ample of shopping you can do either by cycling or walking few minutes .transportation services just a matter of request and will be available in no time. Fantastic.
