Good choice for your vacation at Hoi An
This place makes you feel relax. I have two night at here with my friend. Everyday all staff at Restaurants and reception at lobby very thoughtful and friendly. They remembers how I like it. It rained all day but I didn't feel bored at this hotel because they have a game room and a movie room. In short, this is a place worth experiencing and having a wonderful vacation
Wonderful experience
I had 2 nights at Victoria Resort with my friend. Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort and Spa have a lot of facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, library, theatre, game area… for complimentary. I felt that we could enjoy them all day and no need to go out the resort. Besides the facilities, they provided many good service even though it was raining all day. Specially, the staff here is very nice and friendly, they take care us frankly. I think this is one of the best choices when you get to Hoi An. I was so happy, enjoyed my trip at here and thank you so much for this wonderful experience
My wonderful stay at Victoria
The Victoria is such a beautiful hotel … can’t fault anything The staff were amazing too and the mojitos… another level 😊 Pool and beachside was absolutely stunning!!! It’s the perfect stay and close to old town See you back in April 💫💫
A wonderful Resort with wonderful staff
On arrival we received a wonderful friendly greeting. After a quick check in we had meals provided by the restaurant that were magnificent. The beach side rooms were spacious, very clean with all the required amenities. We cannot fault the 4 rooms our family stayed in. The pool and pool side amenities were excellent including a life guard on duty during pool hours. Pool side service for drinks and food was also excellent. The hotel provided free transport into Hoi An village and pickup. Room service was excellent and cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was complimentary with a vast range of foods, fruit and cooking staff for that special omelette. The hotel surrounds are magnificent garden settings and only a short walk to the beach which also has a hotel life guard. There is a large selection of tours provided by the hotel and all very reasonably priced. The hotel provides sauna, spa and massage facilities with complimentary free massage and longer massages at very reasonable prices. The absolute highlight of this hotel/Resort is the wonderful staff who are very friendly and very attentive to making our stay so enjoyable. The Reception staff are always on hand to assist with any need no matter how big or small. The politeness and friendliness of the staff was amazing. We were amazed that within a very short time the staff greeted us and our family by name and they had clearly taken the time to learn about us and our family, rather than being anonymous guests. We will definitely be coming back with friends, to stay in the Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort. A most wonderful experience. 5 out of 5 stars and 6 out of 5 stars if I could.
SPACIOUS
Hotel has great grounds and swimming pool. It has a beach. The rooms are a good size with balcony's. The breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly, attentive and very helpful. Special mention to Trina at the reception and the Concierge who was always attentive.
