You'll feel a warm welcome from the moment you arrive at the magnificent Adaaran Select Meedhupparu. The island and hotel have been privileged with an amazing house reef, which clients have the opportunity to explore whilst taking up some snorkelling.
You'll feel very comfortable and well-looked after here too. Terraced rooms with partial sea view are air conditioned and all are equipped with a fan, minibar, safe, telephone, satellite television and tea/coffee maker. The best part is that the en suite facilities include indoor and outdoor showers. Taking a cool shower in golden sunshine – or even under a canopy of twinkling stars – has got to be one of the enduring pleasures of a holiday in this beach paradise.

Fantastisk experience in Maldives
It’s amazing island with friendly staff! We are happy about everything! There is nice food, villas, activities and weather ☀️ We were there as a family with 4 years daughter, fantastic atmosphere for small kids. There is a nice kid club, they have so many activities there. Especially we want to thanks girls some working there. Ulfa and Junna so friendly and helpful, daughter was so happy to go there and play every day🥳 Also super fotograf, we got very beautiful photos! recommended!!!
Extraordinary experience
Dreamy location with superb possibilties to go snorkeling with sharks/rays/turtles and more We felt always highly comfortable and appreciated by all employees.
Especially the Restaurant "Sufura" we can strongly recommend. Super delicious food with great service, even extras like vegan options were no problem.
Special thx to the stuff Team members (Preeti, Sandali, Shiman, Shukar, Ali, Karunkar and Chef's Laxman, Kamakar, Pawan) for making this an unbelievable stay.

Amazing family holiday
Visited here from the 8th of July until the 19th with husband and 2 teenage sons. We stayed in a 2 bedroom beach villa (209&210) and these were fantastic. We knew before we went that they were a little dated but they were clean, beds extremely comfortable, fabulous air con and being steps from the ocean was just incredible. Our room was cleaned twice a day by Rishfan who was fantastic,, nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept the room spotless for us. Such a lovely genuine guy too! Food on the island was great; the buffet food had a fantastic selection at all meals. We are not big lovers of buffet meals but this hotel really exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the Indian buffet restaurant as it was so much calmer and quiet compared to the main restaurant. We were always looked after very well in there by Apookva who we had lovely chats with each morning. Our teen boys enjoyed playing table tennis or pool and enjoyed the ice cream from the main bar. They did find evenings a bit on the quiet side for them but we enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. Only negative for us was the return to the airport. We had a letter through the door the night before saying the sea plane would leave at 8am and when we went down to reception to check out we were advised it was a boat to a neighbouring island and then sea plane from there. I thought it would have been a speedboat however it was the wooden dhoni boats that they use for the dolphin excursions. We didn’t leave Meed until around 8.40am and we were on the boat for approx 20 mins and then had to wait another 15 - 20 mins outside in the sun at the other island for the seaplane. It was just not what we expected. We also had our BA flight cancelled from Male back to Heathrow due to a major tech fault, which BA dealt with fantastically - hats off to them as wouldn’t have been easy finding alternative flights and hotels for hundreds of passengers!! We were transferred to another hotel (Karumba) for 2 nights - which wasn’t a patch on Meed even though it’s a 5*! and ended up flying home with Qatar via Doha. It was our first time to the Maldives and won’t be the last, already desperate to come back to Meed in a couple of years.

A Wonderful Place to Be
We spent an amazing vacation on the beautiful island of Meedhupparu to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable.
The villa was wonderful, and the beach right in front of our terrace was simply a dream. Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was beautifully maintained and cleaned every day with great care and attention to detail.
The entire hotel staff was extraordinarily kind and polite. From the gardeners to the housekeeping team and the waiters, everyone greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome.
A special thank you goes to our lovely housekeeper Ameen, who took such wonderful care of our villa every day.
Our favorite place for lunch and dinner was the Indian restaurant Sufura. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the entire Sufura team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind.
Our heartfelt thanks go to our wonderful waiters: Preeti (from India), Sandali (from Sri Lanka), Shiham (from the Maldives), and Shukoor (from the Maldives). You guys were simply amazing!
Our most sincere thanks, however, go to Chef Laxman. He not only prepared the most delicious fresh naans every day, but also gave us an exceptional cooking class, where we learned how to make authentic Chicken Tikka Masala. This was one of the highlights of our holiday, and we will think of you every time we cook it at home.
A big thank you also to the other talented Indian chefs, Chef Karnakar and Chef Pawan!

Massage to relax yourself especially from a long flight .
We are from Australia this is our third time to addaran select Meedhupparu. We had a complimentary massage at Mandara Spa. (Part of our package). We had a superb massage the facilities are very clean and inviting. The massage was so enjoyable we will go back for another one. We cannot recommend the Mandura Spa enough.
