Honest review from a married couple late 30s, early 40s!!! First impressions on arrival, amazing, greeted with champagne 🍾, the hotel was light and airy and smelled amazing and fresh. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite.

Room just a standard double on a regular all inclusive band. Room was nice and clean , however air conditioning is rubbish and other guests said the same, so I would bring your own wee neck fan for through the night as youll wake up sweating. 🥵

Location reallt good, right on the beach with the water sports 👌 bars and restaurants within walking distance and the harbour is a bus ride away for 2 euro or taxi which was between 12 and 15 euro. U could walk down it would take about half hour but plenty of bars and things on the way if you dont mind walking.

So sounds all good for now, so probably wondering why the 3 star rating. 😒 The let down and reasons I wouldn't book again: Entertainment was pretty much none existent so it totally depends on what you like. There was some entertainment down at the pool bar at night time juat one singer mainly but deffo no enough seats to accommodate so you basically need to grab a sunbed to sit on. In the entrance lobby there is a piano which has someone using in the evening but your sitting in the reception and it just doesn't feel like an evening entertainment type of vibe to me. The food was 50/50 some of the meats and potatoes were beautiful and you can book the a la carte restaurants which were ok, the Greek being my favourite, but we did eat out a few nights on the harbour. Recommend Naucito, absolute beautiful. The snack bar burgers and hot dogs were cold and the burgers were not cooked in the middle so check before eating them. We mainly stuck to the pizza and chips for snack time. Pizza was lovely and fresh.

Sunbed situation, if you upgrade to a purple band you can reserve sunbeds until 12pm. If there are no towels on beds from 12 every bed is fair game. We didn't reallt struggle for beds as only 2 of us so it was ok.

Pool was lovely although it wasnt quite cool enough which you never really find. 🤣 The pool bar was very dirty and full of scum on the top, we only went in twice when it seemed less dirty.

Overall I wouldnt return to this hotel but would stay in the area.

My husband and I have just returned from a week long stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We stayed in a superior swim up room, which meant we had a purple band and gave us extras like premium drinks, use of the executive lounge and some nice extras in our room. We chose this room as it came with two sun loungers, a table and chairs on our patio. There are only 7 rooms for this swim up area, so it was reasonably private. The weather was very hot so it was perfect for us as we like to dip in and out of a pool and get some shade. The bed was large and very comfortable and there’s plenty of wardrobe space, there are enough British plug sockets and a good dressing table and mirror with a plug socket for the hairdryer. We found all of the staff professional and welcoming and we always received a warm welcome in every area of the hotel. Our room was cleaned well every day, generally in the morning and housekeeping knocked every afternoon to ask if we needed any more towels. We were provided with two bottles of water every day and supplies of tea, coffee and milk were plentiful. The location is good, about a half an hour walk to town and a bit further to the harbour, there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away which we used a few times, there are also shops, bars and restaurants opposite the hotel entrance. We found the food choices good at every meal time and there’s serve yourself tea, coffee, juices, wines and beers. We did however find a few small niggles. We found breakfast items tepid, it was mostly never hot and rarely were the plates warm either. The toilet paper is quite thin and a shelf in the shower would be useful so your own shower stuff didn’t have to be placed on the floor. We considered keeping our room on for our last day as we weren’t being picked up until 7.30pm but at €110 for the day, we felt it was a bit excessive. Instead we booked the courtesy room, which is half an hour slot but really, it’s not enough time for two people to shower and get ready to leave. We did feel that there was a lack of information given, such as where the ironing room is. We also couldn’t book the à la carte restaurants on either their app or the screen in reception as we kept getting a message telling us to enter the correct room number. We did manage to get booked into 3 restaurants by asking guest services to book them for us. On this note, the Italian restaurant was our favourite, the food was excellent and the service great, we’d like to have eaten there again. We did enjoy our stay and would certainly consider staying here again.
