I’ve always been going to gouna since 2009 or earlier mostly to a lot of different hotels minimum once or twice a year it’s like second home to me. Especially i am a regular guest at a certain hotel for years as mentioned but first time to Ali Pasha and definitely wont be the last. It’s cozy, authentic, traditional designs, warm atmosphere, feel like home. All the staff are welcoming supportive friendly since inquiring before booking till the moment of check out either Mariam Sabry or Romario Abdel Maseh in the reception. Also the waiters at the restaurant Semsem, Kero and Alaa are responsive, smiling and friendly all the time. And on the top of the list of course thanks to Ms Julia for welcoming us and supporting. The team was super welcoming and made us feel special. Everyone there was doing more than they can from security guards, house keeping, maintenance till the reception and upper management.
Exceptional hospitality – a special thank you to Yuliya
I had the pleasure of meeting Yuliya, the Hotel Manager at Ali Pasha Hotel, when I visited for breakfast. From the very beginning, she was incredibly welcoming. The breakfast was beautiful and the coffee was excellent, which is very important to me!
What impressed me most was the level of genuine care she showed. After I told her how I wanted to spend my holiday, she literally planned an entire day for me in Soma Bay, from 9 AM until 9 PM — where to go, how to get there, transportation, snorkeling, where to eat, where to stop for coffee before leaving… everything from A to Z.
I was honestly surprised that someone I had just met would take so much time and effort to make sure I had the best possible experience.
If you are visiting El Gouna and want to explore more of Egypt, I definitely recommend speaking with Yuliya. She knows how to organize a beautiful experience according to your interests and budget.
Thank you, Yuliya, for your incredible hospitality, kindness and for making my trip even more memorable! ❤️
