Five-star experience
An incredible experience in the Beach Suite! The accommodation is outstanding, beautifully decorated, and the staff are exceptional. The restaurant food and breakfast were both excellent. The team was always available, friendly, and attentive. A true five-star experience!
Absolutely Perfect
WOW!!! An absolutely spectacular place. Just stunning. Unfortunately we only had time to stay one night but will certainly be coming back and booking for longer. Everything is perfect. The property is gorgeous both inside and out and the service is absolutely first class.
We stayed in a Super Premium suite (suite 5) which was huge, beautiful views over the pool and sea. Beautifully decorated with amazing attention to detail and smelt fantastic. The breakfast is spectacular. So beautifully prepared and presented. You can have this at anytime, served anywhere. We also had lunch and dinner here on two occasions and enjoyed a few different cocktails on the menu, all excellent.
It’s the most serene peaceful place and if I could give 6 stars I would. There is no other hotel in El Gouna that even comes close and we can’t wait to return.

One of my best hotel stays ever! Everything was perfect from the reception, stay, to checkout. I would give the service 10 stars if I could! If you’re looking for a luxurious quiet recharge, this is the place. Rooms and hotel amenities are amazing. They pay perfect attention to details. Special thanks to Mr. Beshoy who handled all our requests with kindness. We even needed a doctor and they made the contact pretty easy and smooth. Mr. Alaa by the Spa and pool deserves a special thank you as well. I loved their granola in breakfast and asked if they sell it. They gave me a complimentary box! This was so sweet!! After checking out, they sent me that we forgot some precious items in the room! And I went back to pick them up. I checked out to another 5 stars hotel in the area, but honestly there’s no comparison at all! They raised the bar in every single detail. From a person who keeps close attention to details, I would definitely come again! Honestly words cannot describe how grateful I was for the service and lovely stay. They made my vacation amazing and worthwhile. Thanks again to all the staff.
