Very good bufet food and waiters
Very good and clean rooms. Perfect food and nice staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the bufet was delicious. The waiter - Elnoby, very nice and helpfully man and we always felt looked after by him.

A short vacation in Gouna
This is the best hotel to stay at in Gouna. I have visited El Gouna 3 times and each time I book in this hotel, starting with the check-in, it is very smooth and the reception team is very friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud for his excellent service and hospitality. He was very welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout our stay, and he always made sure that everything was taken care of. We were a group of 6 friends, and we all agreed that this hotel was an excellent choice for our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly staff, great hospitality, and overall atmosphere, we would be happy to come back again!

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend our wonderful waiter, Ahmed! ⭐️ He is incredibly kind, polite, friendly, and always willing to help. From the very first day, he made us feel special and truly cared for our comfort.
Ahmed is extremely professional, attentive, and always managed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. His positive energy, warm personality, and wonderful smile made every meal even more enjoyable.
He is definitely one of the best waiters we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. You can see that he does his job with genuine dedication and heart. Ahmed truly deserves to be appreciated and recognized for his outstanding service! ❤️
