A lovely hotel, run by Gregory's super professional and helpful team. Fabulous rooms, smashing food, wonderful service. Lovely position, very welcoming...
Good pool and close to the Ocean. What more can I say!!
Stayed here for 2 weeks in March we came to Barbados for the cricket. We loved the hotel from the minute we set foot there and was welcomed by Nikki who was helpful throughout. Rooms were modern and spacious, loved the food not big choices but plentiful and tasty, the staff were great special mention to Shak and Andreahs on the bar both friendly and attentive and ofcourse the famous Ray who couldn't do enough for you. Yes one day the maids forgot our room, sometimes there wasn't enough towels but all you had to do was ask and it was sorted, and just a small comment about the poolside sometimes it wasn't cleaned from one day to the next but certainly didn't spoil anything. The lift was broken for about a week I know this was inconvenient for some guests but didn't effect us as we were on the first floor...
Love, love, love this hotel and will return as soon as we can.
Lovely hotel if you're looking for a small friendly place to stay. The views are spectacular particularly at sunset and the beach area is stunning with courtesy loungers and parasols. Miami/ Enterprise beach is safe and sheltered by trees...
There are benches and a food truck at the end nearest Oistins. Food in the hotel is plentiful and good and there's a large range fish dishes too. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the reception staff can find you taxis and suggestions for places to see.
Room are spacious with large balconies containing a whirlpool which is a luxurious bonus.
We really enjoyed our stay.
During our stay..lift was broke again..we were told maintenance was working on it ...a blatant lie..painful to watch some people struggle up the unclean stairs...our AC did not work for 3 days..told an AC tec was en-route ? Must of got stuck in the lift!!!, the restaurant is a cafe/ buffet and it's a school service not self service, flight path overhead..no safe in our room, slide doors difficult to open especially with no handles... Some good staff..especially the beach staff..
If things are breaking down and can't be fixed DONT lie the customer's...also remove the tiny children cereal boxes..the Mr bear ones..adult only hotel?? Put tea spoons and a real kettle in the rooms..shoe string will always catch up with you!!!
Fabulous food, friendly staff (Jacques, tyrel, andreaih and ray get special mention) but, on 4 occasions the lift was out of order, usually fir an hour or so, but on the last 24 hours it was not working overnight. Walking with the aid of a walking stick this was a difficult journey to 4th floor, although they did manage to find a room on 2bd floor to sleep in fir final night. On check out I did point out a few maintenance issues, which were not fixed when the next guest arrived as we spoke to them before we departed...
After 13 days we would definitely stay in the same hotel if we visited Barbados, after the lift issue on 14th night not so sure. This is clearly a regular occurrence as they had ready made laminated cards saying "dear valued guest"the lift isn't working. If the various people had have been honest and said no chance it will be working until tomorrow, fine, my expectation would be exactly that, but to be told for 6/7 hours they were working on it, when this was untrue, spoiled the last 24 hours of our stay.
