Short transfer time, seafront, quiet location. Warm welcome quick check in with a rum punch. No wrist bands, reception staff very calm and efficient. All the staff were smartly dressed and approachable. A very friendly and relaxing environment. The standard room was large with a separate loo and good sized shower room. The jacuzzi on the balcony made us feel like VIPs. All rooms seem to have a sea view. The bath robes again a nice touch. The room instructions were very understandable. Small gym all you need for a quick holiday workout. The pool is small but a pleasant place to be. The food was a good standard with plenty of choice. The service was brilliant and the bar staff great. We had sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach, plenty of beach towels. Also the bar staff would take orders and bring us drinks on the beach. A modern smart hotel next to a fantastic beach the staff were all outstanding. Guess what we have already booked to come back. Thank you for delivering a great holiday for us. Annette and Derek.

Small and perfectly designed hotel next to a beautiful beach.

I spent one night here with my partner for my birthday and, to be honest, I left feeling underwhelmed. The property itself is beautiful—modern, clean, and really well-kept, but the overall guest experience needs some fine-tuning.

I had mentioned during the booking that I was celebrating a birthday, so I expected at least a small gesture in the room, even something simple like balloons or a card. Instead, nothing was prepared. At check-in, the front desk agent offered the standard welcome drink and wished me happy birthday, but that was it.

Dinner was another point of confusion. The information given on arrival stated that we could choose between A la Carte or Buffet, but the only option available was an Asian buffet. Many of the dishes weren’t suitable for us, and even after explaining that, we were simply told the buffet was all they had and that we could try Oistins if we wanted something different. What made it more disappointing was learning after my departure that I could have gone to the sister property for dinner; information that was never shared with me during my stay.

There’s also a 24-hour tea and coffee station, which sounds great, but there were no snacks or even a small pack of biscuits to go with it. The next morning, we decided to have breakfast in our room, but since the property doesn’t offer room service, we had to carry everything back ourselves.

After checking out, I stayed on property for lunch. The waitress at the bar asked if I’d received a birthday plate, and when I told her I hadn’t, she brought one along with a bottle of sparkling wine. It was a thoughtful gesture, just one I wish had been acknowledged from the start, as it would have made the entire stay feel more special.

Overall, the property has great potential, but the lack of communication and attention to detail left me unsure if I would return or even recommend it to someone else.

Lower expectations if going as part of a celebration.

The staff are mostly lovely and work hard .It is clean.  The rooms look aesthetically pleasing but almost everything is dysfunctional. Broken handles and drawers . Faulty door Locks and safe. They need painting. The sealant wound the tub is mouldy. The place looks like it was deliberately being  run down. Mostly empty. We thought due to the rooms being dysfunctional with faulty air con and tubs

Don’t get dressed for dinner. If you go at  8pm. You’re told to eat up and get your desert by 8:30 as everything is put  away. The food is nothing special. Then the bar. Last orders is 10:30! There is no atmosphere as everyone is sent to bed . 

I read there is a drinks service on the beach . There wasn’t as much as a bottle of water

Like a care home but more expensive  and lots of spare beds

A truly wonderful stay.  We celebrated our 25th wedding anniverssry this year, so decided we wanted to push the boat out for our annual holiday.
The hotel is very quiet but that was what we were looking for.  The beach is a short walk but very beauutiful.
The food was well cooked with lots of Bajan delicacies.  
The staff were great and I think they made the greatest contribution to making our holiday so wonderful.  Everyone is friendly.  Everyone wants to ensure your stay is exemplary.
We loved this hotel - we will be back!!

Wonderful

We stayed here for 4 nights for our honeymoon at the end of September 2025.
The hotel is showing some incomplete snag works from construction but overall a nice place to stay. Kudos to Marissa in Remous restaurant for taking great care of us at breakfast and lunch for the time we were there
