Sugar Beach is truly a special resort, with breathtaking views of the Pitons, outstanding dining, and exceptional service. From our warm welcome at arrival to every interaction throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

A special thank you to Kimran, who graciously escorted us to our villa and provided an excellent orientation of the property, and to Effie for her attentiveness and hospitality. Mikela was also wonderful, promptly bringing us an iron and even offering to press my clothes. I was feeling under the weather with a slight cold, and one of the bartenders thoughtfully prepared lime and honey for me, a small gesture that spoke volumes about the caring nature of the team. The butler who gave us a tour of Spice of Life was fantastic as well as was the room attendants.

The combination of genuine hospitality, incredible food and beverage experiences, and the stunning natural beauty of the resort made this an unforgettable stay. We can't wait to return! 🌴✨

I have been to 17 Caribbean destinations and loved my first experience in St. Lucia and Sugar Beach. This is one of the prettiest settings for a resort I have been to and I don't think there is a bad room on property. The service lives up to it's reputation and I love that all the employees are locals and treat you like family! They have some of the best snorkeling of anywhere in the Caribbean and it's right off the beach. The food is amazing at every restaurant and the wine selection is the best of any I have seen. I normally don't order steak anywhere in the Caribbean, but the tasting plate at Saltwood is divine! Make sure to visit south beach and watch the sunset from the Jetty!

This was our second stay at the SB Viceroy and won't be our last. We've been there once with our children and this most recent time with friends for a 50th bday. The setting and property are better than photos . The service could not have been better, the people of this island are some of the most welcoming we've experienced. Our butlers Luis and Michael were absolutely outstanding and constantly went above and beyond. Every single person we encountered at the property were just so pleasant and welcoming. Top notch from beginning to end. We had a fantastic driver to the airport, Barry was such a delight to chat with and shared his knowledge and love of the island- we don't like to repeat destinations often but the Viceroy at SB is an exception. One of our favorite islands in the Caribbean. The restaurant options on and off property were plentiful, don't skip the burger bar on property for lunch; cocktails and a lovely view, a perfect lunch after we hiked the Piton We can' t wait to visit again.
