This superb hotel is situated approximately 3 km east of the fishing port Paphos and around 3 km from the city centre. Paphos International Airport is 15 km from the hotel, and a link to the public transport network is to be found directly in front of the hotel. The rooms each come with amenities that ensure guests will feel comfortable. In the garden area, guests will find a swimming pool and a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. The hotel offers a range of facilities designed to aid relaxation, including a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam bath, and a range of spa and massage treatments. Guests will enjoy the range of leisure activities offered which include, but not exhaustive, aqua aerobics, banana boating and water-skiing. The hotel's restaurant provides delicious dishes and special dietary requirements are also catered for.

Staying at aquamare was enjoyable and relaxing, we went for the all inclusive package which I’d recommend as eating out is a bit expensive “5€ for 250ml can of Coke” . Breakfast was what you’d expect with an all inclusive, standard eggs, bacon, the toasters that take an age to marginally toast your bread. Lunch also the usual type of stuff with the option to eat at the pool bar once lunch has finished if you’d like a later lunch ...
Dinner……I’d say this is one of the negatives for me! It’s in a room that looks like a function room rather than a restaurant and the food is below par in my opinion.
The rooms are your standard hotel room nothing fancy but clean tidy and somewhere to sleep as let’s face it the last thing you want to do on holiday is spend it in your room. One small negative and it is small and that is that the rooms lack a full length mirror.
The hotel is about 10 mins drive from the port so not that far but taxis are about 10€ each way and walking takes about 45 mins ….. I’d recommend the walk but defo wear appropriate footwear.
The staff are lovely and anyone that says different I’d say that the problem is with that person and not the staff, they cannot do enough to help you especially the pool Bar staff.
Entertainment wasn’t great when it was on which was few and far between but that could be due to covid of late in season I’m not sure.
As for covid tests etc DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THE UK APPROVED TEST PROVIDERS !!! We booked a day 2 only on randox website which you actually have to search for otherwise the try and sell you a fully vaccinated amber travel pack which you DO NOT need and cost £86 where as the day 2 costs £43 with a discount code. As for the lateral flow test for coming back you can get these at the hotel for 15€ and less if you get it done in town so don’t get ripped off by the uk prices.
Hope this helps
We came and got two rooms for our family From the beginning I noticed unfriendly behaviour from the staff in reception. Air conditioning didn’t work. Bathroom was with plumbing issues and they give you the feeling that you need to ask for everything…. Even if it’s a second key for the room what should have been from the beginning.
Pleasant beach with hotel loungers. Nice sea view room but unfortunately had an interconnecting door to adjacent room which was noisy and lacking in privacy. Breakfast is very plentiful and full of variety
One of the best hotels in Paphos, that you should visit that place. Clean rooms, amazing breakfast and friendly staff. The room sea view it was so nice...
Close to many bars and beach bars. Amazing experience
Arrived on 05.09.2021 and given key for room even though i asked for a pool view given the view of roundabout on road went to ask for pool view and asked to come back at 9am which we did and given a side view of another hotel with pool which was nice room. But went down for breakfast by pool which is normal toast serial eggs but when we went to evening meal no one had given us any information or times of where to eat thinking it was in same room as breakfast no at to go back up to ground floor and ask then told no it is on ground floor in Diana room which was nice but going half board you would think you would get a complimentary drink with your meal no you had to pay for it even water but if you swapped evening meal for lunch you get free coke last nicht i took water from room and put it on the table went to get my evening meal when i returned someone was sitting at the same table so picked up water moved to another table only the the watress to remove the glasses and cutler for my husband . Not very hepful on desk asking for passanger locator form no they do not do this also if you want to be tested before you fly home they can arrange a doctor to come to your room for 15 euro.
