This hotel is beautifully located at the heart of the popular coastal town of Paphos. The hotel is nestled amidst 40,000 m² of landscaped grounds, lying just 250 metres from the nearest sandy beach. Guests will find themselves just a short distance away from the harbour promenade, as well as a host of bars, restaurants and shops in the town centre. This hotel is located just a 20 minutes' driving distance away from Paphos Airport. This wonderful hotel enjoys a stunning architectural design, blending effortlessly with its natural surroundings. The guest rooms are beautifully appointed, offering a haven of peace and serenity in which to completely unwind at the end of the day. The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities, meeting the needs of every type of traveller.
We stayed at Avanti village but used facilities of the hotel. Mostly due to the comfort of the mattresses on the sun beds. The pool is lovely. We have stayed here in the past but like having a bit more space with an apartment. So can’t comment on the rooms at the moment. Every where is kept clean. The pool umbrellas do need replacing as a lot are showing signs of mould. Maybe that can be done before next summer when I’m sure we will be back
We enjoyed our stay at the Avanti Hotel. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally pleasant. Angela on reception was particularly lovely and really stood out to us.
The location is ideal for the beach, with a few pockets of bars nearby. The hotel felt quiet during our stay, which meant there were always plenty of comfortable sun loungers available without having to reserve one. The pool was large and clean, the poolside entertainment was good, and the gym had everything we needed for a proper workout.
Breakfast was acceptable, although it wasn’t a highlight. One useful tip: if you need a late checkout, ask at the hotel first. We found it was cheaper than booking it through our holiday provider.
Overall, we would stay here again. There are more impressive hotels nearby if your budget stretches further, but the Avanti is a good, comfortable choice. We liked the area, although Paphos itself was a little too quiet for us, so we probably wouldn’t return to the destination.
Just ending my 6th stay at my second home. Hotel very quiet as is paphos overall. Love the addition of the mattresses on the sunbeds, sorry to see the shop closed. Lovely and clean and the staff helpful and pleasant when needed. Already booked for next September and also looking to come in may. Fantastic value for money
3rd time at Avanti Hotel. Lovely, calm, relaxing time yet again. Breakfast had a huge choice - a great start to the day that kept us going all the way until the evening, maybe with a frappachino in the afternoon for a mere €3 to keep us cool in the blazing sun.
Rooms very clean and beds super comfy. A shame the shop is no longer there and no food options in the evening as the restaurant is now closed although there are some lovely places very close by. Entertainment team worked really hard offering a range of activities. Unfortunately, we had a room that faced the tennis court so we didnt use the balcony much as it was slightly too cool in the morning and red hot by the afternoon although certainly not complaining about the glorious weather. This is where the huge pool was great for cooling off. Loads of sun beds available, and the addition of the cushions this year made them extra comfortable.
When Jet2 cancelled our holiday at very short notice to Kefalonia due to the wildfires we had no hesitation in asking if we could transfer to Avanti Hotel Paphos as an alternative to a refund. They obliged and credit to Jet2 for handling the issue very well. We had no hesitation in asking about Avanti as we have been several times and we even have bookings in place for October 2026 and June 2027. Following our first visit several years ago it is our "go-to" hotel as everything is to our complete satisfaction and we can endorse all the excellent comments re service , staff, cleanliness , location etc. We are currently looking forward to our October visit. I would like to advise members that two recent reviews by Elise M and Judge 1 are nothing to do with AVANTI and incorrectly posted and I have informed Trip Advisor of same for there removal.
