This hotel is located a few meters away from the fishing district and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. In addition to the hotel you will find many shops, bars and entertainment venues. The hotel is dividided into studios all fully furnished and with a private balcony. The studios contain a kitchen containing microwave. They are very bright and spacious and are equipped with air conditioning TV and private bathroom. If traveling with children the hotel provides babysitting, playground, and children's pool, among others.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
As a returning customer(3times) we love it. The resort is just like seeing family every year. Christa on reception is so helpful and never a problem for her. The pool is lovely and quiet. Well loved resort. We have been half board and loved all our meals. We probably be back again in 2027.

I had a very nice stay The staff are exceptional especially Christalla, Dymo, Leo from reception,and Mrs Elli the manager is best.
Stayed in Artemis block across the road from the main complex as it has a lift for mobility reasons. If you have any mobility issues please make them aware, I didn't and we arrived at midnight and were put in a 2nd floor apartment in the main complex with no lift, that was my fault for not specifically requesting the Artemis block, however they moved us immediately the next morning without hesitation.
We were in Artemis 323, which is a 1 bedroom apt. Note the balcony on this overlooked the carpark, not a sea view. This was fine for us as my husband is bothered by road noise.
The Apartment was spotless and has a washing machine which was a bonus. Cleaners attended every day except Sunday.
Kitchen is well equipped with full oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave etc. It has all the basic equipment eg pots, pans and utensils needed, however I am a cook so I did purchase a few things, eg large frying pan, oven dish, whisk, measuring jug, tea towel, etc etc.
Both the main complex and Artemis block are next door to a huge supermarket so getting fresh supplies every day was easy.
The pool area is excellent. Always lots of beds available and they have padded mattresses on the beds to, so very comfortable. The pool itself is also spotless. It's not a heated pool but in September the weather is still hot enough for the pool to be a comfortable temperature.
There is only 1 thing that is a negative and this is the water pressure for the shower, it is particularly poor and takes forever to wash and rinse hair etc. the layout of the bathroom and the fact the shower has a curtain means the floor floods after every shower.
Everything else I can't fault at all. I emailed reception to advise the cooker hood extractor wasn't working and they attended and repaired this on the same day.
So if you don't mind poor shower water pressure then this might be an ideal choice.
