Great family feel.

Had 2 week stay on half board in a room with sea/pool view. Loved our time in the hotel and nearby area of Paphos. Big shout out to the amazing staff, particularly Santa on reception and Christian in the restaurant who really stood out in great customer service.

Fantastic Hotel and Staff !

Just returned from this hotel after an eleven night stay and I can only have praise for the standard of the hotel. The staff were just amazing ! In particular the reception staff, absolutely nothing was to much trouble, in particular Santa and Valentina were amazing in every way, also through in the very modern adjoining bar Veo and Jaimal were so friendly and helpful, always remembering what drinks we ordered. I must also add the this must be the cleanest hotel I have stayed ever stayed in, rooms always serviced very efficiently...

Can’t wait for my next visit in the autumn. I must add, anyone contemplating a stay at this hotel please ignore the 2 star review left by a lady who stayed. She must surely live i a parallel universe to the rest of use !

Receptionist Santa will tell your room number to anyone

Review by ekaterinasO7257NH Bat Yam, Israel

First of all, my holiday was spoiled by the receptionist Santa, who told my room number to some man. as a result he knocked on my door at night. I was alone in the room and I was very scared, I immediately called the reception and told about what had happened...

worker named Santa answered me: «yes, the man wanted to treat you to a cocktail, so I told him your room number.” that evening I was walking in the lobby and a strange man was standing near the reception. accordingly, when he saw me, he asked her for my room number, to which she (seemingly) calmly reported, taking the time to find me in the database, because she did not check in me. that's terrible ! she does not follow the elementary rules of the hotels. secondly, there are no blankets in the hotel. Naturally, I clarified that at the reception, and was answered "you are the first who asks for a blanket." Moreover, I was not provided with neither slippers and a bathrobe, while i saw those things on photos of the hotel. it seems I was not in a sufficiently "elite" room. Slippers are a must have because the hotel floor is made of tiles, therefore it is very cold to walk on. In addition, there is no security in the hotel and it will not be difficult for a non-guest to calmly enter the hotel.

And now I'll tell what's good in the hotel. There is a great Staff at the breakfast, very attentive and friendly workers, they know how to provide perfect service. breakfast is also excellent and varied. the common area for relaxation is well thought out, there is where to lie down to read a book with coffee.

Furthermore, if you check in early, you will be given the opportunity to leave your luggage at the hotel and walk around the beautiful city. in general, if it were not for the disadvantages listed above, I would be 100% satisfied with the rest. there are still positive emotions - the hotel is very cozy and being a guest you feel at home.

A lovely hotel with the most friendly staff !

We really enjoyed our stay here as the name suggests it's centrally located, From the first time we entered we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist who put us all at ease, The food was lovely,But not as hot as some would have liked but that seems to be the Greek way having encountered this on our travels in Greece but it was very tasty and with plenty of variety! The room was clean and airy with the bedding changed frequently! A nice touch was the complimentary dressing gown and slippers So in conclusion it's a lovely hotel, reasonably priced , convenient for the town attractions, wonderful attentive staff and we will be back ( hopefully without all the restrictions the hotel takes seriously)
