Couldn’t of picked a better place.

Couldn’t of picked a better place to stay, friendly helpful staff, good food and stunning sea views. Shower was great, room massive (for two) and a nice roomy balcony. Set out like a village that even had a small church, nice touch...

We will be returning. Thanks for making our first experience of Cyprus a good one.

Another wonderful stay

Review by Karen F Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom

I absolutely love this place, blue Hawaiian cocktails are amazing, the pools are clean(absolutely freezing in April time but if you swim about it you get used to it), the staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Blue pool towels supplied in room, they can be changed daily if needed by housekeeping. One day we didn’t have clean ones left so called reception and someone was down in minutes with fresh towels for us...

If you lose the pool towels it’s €15 charge per towel so make sure they are there once arrive. €10 deposit for a remote control for the tv, you get this back once remote is returned. Safe in the room is €2 per day, the late checkout is €7 per hour , all of which we took advantage of. You request it and then on the morning you leave you go double check your request has been accepted. It is very local to bars/restaurants/McDonald’s/kfc/the mall etc and there is an on-site shop. The walk to the harbour was lovely also along the path at the sea. There are laundry facilities outside of reception which are €3 for washing machine (supply your own detergent) and €2 for dryer but with the airer on your balcony you can dry in the sun for free. Kitchen had a small oven with 2 hobs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge with small freezer compartment. There is cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, bin under the sink as well as smaller bins in room and bathroom. Only thing we didn’t have was bowls for our little girl to have cereal but we used the big mixer bowl. There is a hair dryer attached to the wall at the dressing table and there are shampoo ,soap and shower gel little toiletries in bathroom. Sparkling wine and fruit on arrival, we stayed in the sea view studio and what a view it was. Spectacular! There are two single beds put together and a double sofa bed pulled out and made up before we got there. There is plenty storage, drawers cupboards etc. We didn’t see much entertainment as always out but there was bingo, quizzes, games etc at night. There is air con which keeps you cool or you can turn to heat mode if want to heat room up. Thanks for another wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon.

Nice Family Holiday

Review by NatalieArmstrongC Warrington, United Kingdom

We stayed here in August 2021 for 2 weeks. It was a nice friendly place, check in was quick and we were taken to our room on a little buggy. We booked 2 rooms one for us and the other for our teenage daughters to share...

The grounds of the hotel were always kept lovely and clean. We had a front sea view which was lovely. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom let it down a little as there were some cover caps missing from the shower and they had been covered over with some aluminium foil. The breakfast food was generally nice, we all found something that we liked to eat. The swimming pool was also lovely, a nice temperature and different depths depending on where you were. Food from the poolside bar was also good value and didn't have a bad meal there. Drinks were a reasonable price too. There's a nice walk along the front of the hotel, but this is where we weren't bowled over with the place. It was all open at the front so anyone from outside the hotel could walk down from the public beach at the side and use the hotels sunbeds, which we saw happening every day. For us this meant we weren't happy about leaving our stuff at our sunbeds if we wanted a dip in the sea or a swim in the pool. We had to put our stuff in bags and take it to the pool with us. We always used the beds on the grass in front of our rooms so that we could pop back easily for stuff. Also to get away from the DJ that played really loud music all day long from around 10am until midnight. Don't get me wrong I liked the music he was playing but it was very loud and there was no chance of any relaxation on the sun loungers. The sun loungers were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever had to use. We tried both types and oh my gosh they were not great at all. You could feel the metal frames on the skinny cream beds and the hard plastic through the blue and white beds. I resorted to putting my inflatable on top of the bed and lying on that. The little shop on site was handy to buy stuff if you wanted to make your own meals, there's also Lidl about a 30 minute walk away. The beach is not the best but that's not the hotels fault, it's difficult to get into the sea unless you cross all the slipery rocks. There are some steps at the side but there's not much of an area decent for swimming, it's not really a child friendly beach/sea. Again not the hotels fault but worth mentioning. So it has lots of lovely things going for it and I would stay here again but only for a very short break. I wouldn't come back here for my main holiday, we like to have a read of a book on a nice comfortable sun lounger listening to the waves of the sea. These were unfortunately overpowered by the music.

Beautiful place for our rescheduled wedding

Review by 705clairet Watford, England, United Kingdom

After 2 cancelled UK weddings we decided to get married abroad, after much research we chose Kefalos Beach. The hotel staff were amazing, specially Geoff driving us all around. Elena our wedding planner was patient and kind and our wedding was just perfect in every way...

Most of our guests stayed on site and raved about the food the service and the drinks. So glad we chose Kefalos.
