Spent 10 nights here recently on a b&b basis. Rooms were spotlessly clean with maid service on a daily basis. Air con included in cost of holiday which was needed...

Safety deposit box charge was 1.8 euros per day. Breakfast was buffet style with broad range of options. The only thing we would say was that staff didn't always enforce the face covering policy which was frustrating at times. The hotel has its own beach which is nice but very rocky when entering the sea. Consequently we visited Coral Bay on a number of occasions which has a sandy beach and no rocks when entering the sea. Waiter service at lunchtime wasn't particularly great as it was very slow at times. There was also no apparent dress code as we witnessed a number of guests entering the snack bar area in swimming attire and no shirts or footwear being worn.
In the evening face coverings were not worn by all inclusive guests when entering the bar area and if you're covid conscious it was somewhat frustrating. We were in room 309 and had an issue with ants around the cooking/sink area of the room. Staff endeavoured to address this but they had returned on the day of our departure. We were able to keep a room on for longer on the day we left at a cost of 6 euros per hour. Overall.. happy with the accomodation.. would we return??.. probably not

Just arrived back today and had a fabulous holiday. The food was the best we have ever had in an all inclusive hotel. Good variety and quality...

Room was cleaned daily . The bar staff were great, would like to say thank you to Maria, Stafos and George also to Eddie. All staff were great but these were some that we remember well. They made our holiday. Would also like to say well done to Ricco(entertainment) he really got people involved and you could tell he loved his work. Do not usually go in the pool but this was so warm was in it every day. Feel that all staff in the hotel were doing a great job with all the restrictions due to COVID. Would also like to say that the TUI rep Patrick was fantastic sorted an issue out we had with taxi and then was great when we had an issue complying our tests to return to the UK. We asked for ground floor room due to health issues and was given room 233 which was ground floor and right close to everything so only 2 minutes walk so thank you very much for this.would definitely go back to this hotel if we visit Cyprus again

Did I stay at same hotel as rest of reviews?

Review by jennie78 liverpool

Its taken me 4 weeks to write this review as it was a really mixed opinion. We came to stay for my wedding ,even though we never got married in actual hotel we had a party of 31 people with us all as families. The hotel is really nice we had a sea view apartment you can't beat that view its amazing...

The pool is lovely and clean But if you need a life guard the guy is in corner on his phone so he is pointless. The food . We were all inclusive and it was a massive regret really ,we are not fussy eaters but first two nights it was roast dinner and at 38 degrees last thing I wanted was a roast. I struggled to find my 8 year old anything in main restaurant. The food at snack bar is OK there is 6 things on menu but its fresh cooked & service is really slow. The staff ... we felt like the staff didn't want to be there after lockdown the only happy ones were the reception staff & a couple of the bar staff they seemed to be short staffed & over worked . The entertainment guy is great he works really hard and puts on some great shows. We paid alot to stay at this hotel and was it worth what we paid ?...no . Did I have a good hoilday?... yes brilliant cause my friends made it great. Would I stay here again? If I got offered a hoilday at a quarter of price I paid to use hotel as a self-catering base then yes ...but not as a all inclusive resort .

Fantastic.. Gem of a location

Review by Ianclark26 Telford, United Kingdom

What an amazing find, village style hotel.. Just that bit away from town, were you can find peace and quiet ... Which is kept spotless ....

Room cleaned everyday..All the staff are hardworking, and provide a smile, on arrival a bottle of fizz nd a fruit bowl, bathroom robes, slippers, sandwich and water in the Fridge, as we arrived late.. The upgrade to superior studio sea view, is worth every penny, Open the doors every morning to the sea, and watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony, beach is a little Stoney.. but no issue .. Pool is kept cleaned .. loads of sunbeds to go around ..short walk into town. Now my one small thing. Although I have no issues with the food, it was fresh and plentiful ..I would have really liked to of seen far more traditional Cypriot meals on offer, Do away with theme nights, like the Chinese takeaway night, We can get that back home... and look at putting in more traditional dishes.. One thing is for sure ..WE WILL BACK ..See you next year
