We stayed one night on an all inclusive basis and everything was excellent. The food was really nice and there were plenty of choices. Nice cocktails...
The location is stunning, right on the water and an excellent place to watch the sun setting into the sea. The best bit of the hotel is the staff. We met so many really friendly and helpful people, with a special mention to Andri at reception and Christiana in the restaurant. Thanks for a memorable stay, we will be back.
I suggest the all inclusive even if I am not fan of all inclusive. The food is very nice and they have many options. Everymeal was different instead of the breakfast. They allow you to visit 2 restaurant and the buffet. We tried the taverna but we preferred the buffet restaurant...
The buffet food was better than 5 star hotels in Paphos The hotel was clean and the pool area is nice.
Negative ; _ air condition in the room was not working very well and someone from the hotel wake up at 8.10 to ask for the air condition even if we do not complain _ the staff was not friendly _they make terrible frape (coffe) _ they do not have waiters to order drinks you have to go to the bar _ due to the Coronovirus they do not take seriously perfection actions. We were around 15 people waiting for the buffet.
The location is nice. It approximately 10 mins from the city center. It's nice to have a walk by the sea during sunset.
Booked a weekend with friends, bed and breakfast. Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling staff and welcome drinks.
Receptionist offered an upgrade of all inclusive only €20 per person per night.
Accommodation excellent, clean and spacious.
Staff couldn't do enough for us, the Manager Nicolas, barman Kevin and waitress Andria to name but a few.
Pool and facilities were faultless.
A variety of restaurants to choose from.
Will definitely come to this hotel again.
We booked direct with this hotel for this year. Yes we booked a non refundable rate(but have paid almost £1300 for 6 nights) as we had no intentions of cancelling but due to the pandemic we are unable to travel. Not only because the fco states we cannot, but also there are no flights so we physically cannot get there...
The hotel is refusing to give us a refund and giving us only 3 months from our travel date to rebook. This is totally unacceptable and I urge anyone else thinking of booking here to think again. Extremely poor customer service in a situation that is completely beyond our control.
We stayed her from March 8th to 19th Marc should have been to 23rd but had to leave early due to Coronavirus. We went with Jet2.com and Karen our rep was marvellous , she kept us informed about our rescue flight home and even helped allot of guests who were with a different holiday company but their rep just left them to book their own emergency flights back home!! Brilliant lady very professional Jet2.com are lucky to have her and so was we. Back to the hotel......
kept beautifully clean at all times, the food was great, even with the hotel preparing to close due to the virus we still had plenty of food all through the day. We had room 522 it was gorgeous. The staff were all amazing and very helpful, nothing was too much for them. Loved Kevin behind the bar, had many laughs with him ( hope you got back okay Kevin) the beds were the best we have ever had in a hotel, very comfortable. You can get a bus just outside the hotel to the harbour where there is loads of shops and from there you can jump on a bus to Coral Bay which also has loads of shops. We had a fab time and have booked to go back next year last week in June for two weeks, really looking forward to it, see you all soon... Joy
