We had such a wonderful stay in these apartments. The location and view could not be better. The staff have all been so lovely - friendly and helpful. 

Sitting on the balcony for breakfast or after dinner drinks looking out at the view is just the best. The second floor apartments have no shade for a good part of the day and it’s too hot to sit out - but early morning and evening are good (for how our one was facing anyway). First floor have some more shade for longer. 

The apartments have everything you need for your stay. They are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The decor is basic but grand. The bed could be a little more comfy but it was totally fine. The air conditioning is amazing.

A lovely stay in a great location

These apartments are spacious well equipped clean and located perfectly, large balconies with sunbeds right on the sea front, around a 15-minute stroll to the nearest beach, but there are sunbeds closer facing the beautiful scenery, lots of cafe bars and restaurants along the front for quiet meals in tranquil settings or around a 5 minute walk to the lively bars around bar street, behind the sea front, something for everyone.
I have to give a special thank you to baffinia at the paphinia office, she was a lovely professional lady who speaks excellent English and was so helpful to me as I booked privately, because I wanted to be near my relatives who booked a package holiday through jet2 and because I booked privately we were able to keep my room on at no extra cost as we had a late flight, Baffinia was very informative quick to answer any emails or queries and just a genuine nice person.

Sunbeds are mostly €2.50 for the day umbrellas the same.
Local Keo lager was very nice around €4 per pint, we tried several cocktails in several bars and found them to be lacking so early on we learned to stick to the local beer.
Local bar the wooden pub great music to sit and watch the sun go down in the evening.


Perfect location 

My wife and I Live in London and we decided to book a short vacation from the 4th of July to the 18th of July 2024.
We'd never stayed here before, but had always admired its great location close to the swimming areas, restaurants, and main attractions. 
This establishment is in a prime location!  Having a large grocery store 50 meters away was ideal as we are very particular about our diets.

We still ate  out a considerable number of times, but it was great to have a perfect kitchen in our unit with a full-size fridge and even an oven and sink that worked excellent and these features allowed us to keep some resemblance to our healthy lifestyle  back at home.
Eating out every meal for two weeks would not agree with us or our health and this worked out perfect.
Like a home away from home!

I had a couple of occasions to meet a very kind lady in charge of management and in particular also had a number of very enlightening conversations with a distinguished gentleman named Adrian. 

We were provided with good advice when we needed it.
It was a lot of fun.

My wife and I had no issues with the hotel / apartment, and it was a PERFECT stay.
The rooms were large, modern, the shower worked perfect, and the air conditioner functioned flawlessly.
I am glad we got a one bedroom unit for the extra space!

Housekeeping was amazing as well and the lady looking after us whose  name was Maria took very good care of us.
She took delight in the fact that I was the first Canadian whose room she ever looked after, and my wife was the first Austrian she ever looked after... It felt like a real personal touch.

The sum it up, all I can say, is that this hotel had an amazing location, it was extremely well maintained, and management and staff made us feel right at home… What else can you ask for?

AMAZING STAY FOR TWO WEEKS!

These apartments are right in the centre of things. All restaurants and ancient monuments are in easy walking distance. Also great if you like people watching and seeing the street entertainment from your very large balcony. (Unlike some hotels along the front away from town or in town.) 

There is adequate parking and if you like doing things, rather than sitting beside a pool in the sun all day, then this is your place to stay. 

The kitchen unit is clean and has plenty of equipment. The bedrooms have loads of storage. Importantly the price is reasonable...

Disliked
 The rooms are serviceable, large and kept clean. But they do lack any "luxury" and a few things needed attention, such as the shower head and some cabinet doors.

Great position & serviceable. If you like doing stuff this is the place.

Excellent location right on seafront. Large spacious apartment with large balcony overlooking the sea. Two separate bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Cleaned and linen changed by very friendly staff. Couldn't be happier with our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.
