First Impressions excellent, the hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean, a little apprehensive as like many people, this was our 1st holiday for 18 months due to Covid, but no need to worry about a thing. Maria gave a very informative welcome, with a drink and chocolates, we were then taken to the Executive Suite, which I must say was a lovely room, very spacious and well worth the extra money that was paid for it, nice touch of a beach bag and straw hat too, The Food quality was very very good, only downside, was that there was only the 1 buffet restaurant, would of been nice to have had an a la carte or even snacks at the pool bar, crisps and nuts would of been a nice touch too. The staff mostly were friendly, special mention to Tony at the Pool Bar, just the best entertainer, who worked really hard all of the time...
The night time was a nice cozy outside area, which comes off the Buffet restaurant, it is quite quiet, but we were lucky enough to meet a really nice Group of people, who enjoyed Neil Diamond so much, even the lovely lady singer on the Sunday night, sang it, got the audience all singing and dancing and even thanked us for letting her know the song, sure she will go on to sing it again, hopefully with the same reaction from the residents. The Managers were also very good, Sergio in particular, with a great sense of humor, but mostly Thomas, who is just the most genuine lovely man, who took the time to talk and listen to you, just went above and beyond without a shadow of a doubt - Thank you for making it a special holiday.
My Husband and thoroughly enjoyed a 15 night stay here, commencing October 2nd, in Executive Suite 403, and loved every minute of it.
The Suite was well appointed and equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom with walk-in shower was lovely, with twin basins, plenty of fluffy white towels, good quality shower gel, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner, and the hotel kindly supplied a non-slip shower mat on request.
The lounge area in the Suite, with a huge sofa, coffee table and 2 very comfortable chairs was lovely.
The food was, for a buffet, exceptionally good… plenty of variety, freshly cooked, and only put out in smallish quantities frequently topped up ( unlike some hotel buffets where a huge bowl or tray of food can sit for a long time ) and we especially enjoyed the different roasts, all with appropriate accompaniments, the pork being worthy of special mention..
The breakfast buffet would please even the most critical diner… the fruits, yoghurt, pastries, cereals, breads, cold meats and cheeses, as well as all the usual suspects of a cooked breakfast, set us up for a long day by the pool..
The main pool deck was very well maintained, although the pool itself was a tad on the cold side for us…. Nevertheless, hardier souls than us enjoyed it.
The drinks service, pre and post dinner, was excellent… after only a couple of evenings, the server outdoors knew our routine drinks orders, and she was so friendly and efficient.
We received wine and lovely cakes in our Suite on the occasions of my birthday and on our 44th wedding anniversary, which was so kind and thoughtful..
Thomas, the Manager, was ever-present, always around and available to speak to guests, and iron out any little problems.
For medical reasons I drink a lot of water, and I mentioned to him that the daily replenishment of water in the room was not really as much as I need, and he arranged for six 1.5 litre bottles to be sent to the Suite immediately, and for more large bottles daily after that..
This is a great hotel, spotlessly clean, with staff dedicated to delivering genuine hospitality, and it shows.
I can thoroughly recommend it to people looking for cleanliness, comfort, good food, affordable quality, wonderful staff and a relaxing break..
Just book it… you won’t regret it !
We absolutely loved this hotel. The room/apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and had good amenities. The three pools and facilities around the hotel were spotless...
The library area was delightful. We booked ourselves on a B&B basis only, but after seeing the quality and variety of food and drinks offered in the restaurant, we decided to have our evening meals there too. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The management was equally kind and generous. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend the King Jason Hotel to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Thank you to all to make our stay so enjoyable
From the beginning, I felt it will be a good stay in Cyprus. We had a taxi transfer from the airport ( just ask for it - reception will organize ). The first minute with the reception desk assistant Maria - showed us the perfect preparation for the hospitality of this hotel...
Excellent food, very clean, and luxury rooms - that's only a part of what this venue prepares for guests. Maria at the reception desk was very professional and friendly and we would like to appreciate for preparing our anniversary. Maria thank you so much! The hotel is 20 min walk from the city center and 20 min walk from the harbor - a perfect location. Don't wait, book this hotel if you are planning to visit Cyprus.
Liked this hotel for the good location (10 mins walk to front) and the great service. Booked a Deluxe Studio which was a reasonable size and probably wouldn't go for anything smaller. Staff were very friendly and helpful...
Liked the little touches such as the welcome drink and fruit platter on the last night. Breakfast was excellent with a wide arrange of options cooked and cold. It also has lots of in-house facilities which would be great for a longer visit although we only stayed 3 nights (long weekend holiday) and spent most of the time out and about. Would go back.
