Another wonderful holiday at the Venus Beach Hotel

Review by karenfielding167 Preston, United Kingdom

My parents, sister and I have just had a lovely week at the Venus Beach which luckily coincided with Easter. We have been many times to the Venus Beach Hotel but this was the first time after the pandemic. The hotel was spotlessly clean as staff were cleaning from early hours until late in the evening...

All of the staff adhered to hotel and country safety procedures which included wearing masks. The cleanliness and professionalism was apparent in the uniform wore by all staff - clean white shirts / blouses. The hotel is in a perfect position and on a bus route, this allows you to explore Paphos with the confidence in knowing that there are frequent buses just outside of the front door! The food was exceptional with lots of choice; chefs were constantly cooking fresh meat and everything was permanently being ’monitored, tidied (if people had spilt things) and replenished. The terrace bar was a lovely place in the evening to relax before and after the evening meal. There was live music a few nights during the week which was very enjoyable and contributed to the pleasant atmosphere. The bar staff did a wonderful job! The Guest Relations lady was also constantly looking after everyone. Everybody from the hotel makes the holiday perfect; queries are sorted promptly and efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. All I can say is a very big thank you to everyone at the Venus Beach for making everything so relaxing and enjoyable! See you in July!

A wonderful beach location, a friendly customer relations officer

Review by Schamuli Cambridge, United Kingdom

The room with a partial sea view was clean and compact, and the view over the Tombs of the Kings out to sea was stunning. Venus Beach right next to the hotel seemed like the best beach in Paphos: calm, protected and sandy. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent (we didn't have half or full board)...

Due to our honeymoon, we were given a complementary bottle of sparkling and a fruit basket. The bed, however, was squeaky, sound proofing between rooms was poor. There was no kettle in the room. The overall appearance of the corridors was old. All of this makes this more of a 4-star hotel than 5. The friendly Customer Relations Officer went above and beyond to help us rent a car for just one day since most companies have a 3-day minimum. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Easter getaway

Review by stuartharper67 Basingstoke, United Kingdom

My wife and I have just had a fabulous week away in Paphos staying at the Venus Beach hotel. We stay at this hotel on a regular basis as the location is perfect for a walk into Paphos town ( approx 15 minutes) and we always feel very chilled due to the great atmosphere created by the Venus Beach staff. A special thank you to Alexandros, Melina and Joe for the friendly welcome and amazing service throughout our stay. The hotel had been recently renovated but has not lost the Personal touch !
